“Normally not that busy. It is a small and friendly Post Office. If you have a box there, they accept packages that other shippers send to you, i.e., Fedex and UPS.”

“I came to this post office for my passport paperwork. Spencer helped me out, and was very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and helpful. There was also another person working behind the counter who was very kind and helpful to the people who came in, making everyone feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name but I’m glad there are such nice people working there. Everyone seemed very helpful and capable.”
“My package was lost in one of my apartment complex parcel boxes near this location and this location helped me retrieve it since the mail carrier was using this location for my route. They helped me locate it and they also contacted me multiple times to make sure everything went OK and to make sure I got my package. I really appreciate their efficiency and help for this!”

“I recently visited the Toano Post Office and had an outstanding experience thanks to Tamika Outlaw. Dealing with mail and shipping can sometimes be stressful, but Tamika was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient with me, even on a day when I was clearly having a rough time. She went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, which made a huge difference in my day. It is rare to find such genuine warmth and professionalism, and I am so grateful for her support. Highly recommend this location, largely because of team members like her!”
