My experience was excellent. I bought my Beretta 92s which fell apart when the slide was removed. I tried to order the parts myself but didn't get the right items. He took care of it including testing inside a week.

Judging by the rudeness of the lady answering the phone, when acquiring about an item in stock. Made you feel as if you were a bother. I’ll take my business elsewhere that appreciate my business. Your loss someone else's gain. Good riddance!!!
