Nice place but not as young family friendly as we thought.
There was absolutely no beach access for a stroller/wagon and no parking. You HAD to have a golfcart unless you wanted to walk from your campsite.
The bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly blood was on the toilet seat for two days, after I watched the cleaning lady leave, I checked to see if it was still there. It was so wiped it clean……
THERE IS ONLY TWO TOILETS AND ONE SHOWER STALL PER SECTION OF CAMPGROUND. It took two hours of checking and waiting to get my family of 5 washed.
Then the hose is attached and leaking everywhere…… having to hold your screaming crying toddler in the air for a shower is not fun.
The playground set has broken/heat worn peeling plastic all over it. My toddlers calf’s were all scratched up.
Honestly don’t know if it was worth the money.

My family and I had an amazing time. The sunsets were beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The manager Jessica was so helpful when I first booked this trip. Very pleased with our stay!

This place is amazing!! From the moment you drive on to the property to checking in, and staying. This is a beautiful campground. It has amazing views, great options, activities for the children, swimming at the pools or the beach. It is easy to get around especially if you can rent a golf cart. They are $73.00 per day so a bit pricey, I wish they had a weekly deal. If you can rent one it makes getting around a lot easier. We stayed for 7 days and will definitely be back. Love it!! Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, forks knives and spoons, a toaster, anything and everything you need. AMAZING!!

Just stayed at one of their cottages for the weekend and it was way better than advertised. For your information, if you're thinking of renting one, they have a full bathroom that their website doesn't mention. It also has WiFi, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, forks, knives, spoons, plates, bowls, glasses. Appliances are coffee maker, can opener, toaster, gas stove, fridge.
The AC can get cold, but there is a catch, it's 2 units that have to run as one, so make sure they are both set to the same temp, and that the light for the AC is on. If it's not cooling just turn them both off for a second to reset them.
I over packed for their cottages, it has everything but food. Just remember charcoal and lighter if you decide to grill.
As for the campground, it's just an average run of the mill campground where you relax and relax. This was our 2nd trip out here, first time we stayed with family, nothing to write home about in that stay. But the bands that play music have all been great bands. They have crafts and other activities for the little ones. Pool is big, there 3 of them right next to each other, one being the splash pad and slides. With a pool snack shack with burgers, chicken, nachos, and so much more. Prices not so bad, especially when the food truck is like $20 for anything on their menu. Recommend staying away from the food trucks.
My family had a great time, we had 5 adults with 7 kids of all ages and they loved it. The cottages are located near the pool, there is a playground near too. Plenty of places to ride your bikes, great views of the water to catch the sun rising and setting.
My trip was spent driving the golf cart around, hanging out at the pool, grilling at the cottage, going to see the live music after 7 and having a good time.
Want to give a shout out to all the staffers that helped us have an amazing trip. Got Dolores and Jon at the store who explained everything for me from renting the golf cart to checking in and out. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Then you have Tammy and Patricia from house keeping, who took my family and I to our cottages and Tammy was spot on explaining everything. This weekend wouldn't have been awesome without these great team members.
Thank you!
