I came in on a budget found a car I liked, after working with my sales person and mike with finance. We had my application approved by the bank. I was very happy, until the sales manager told his team to undo my deal because “ the car is to hot & he won’t make enough money “ that was his exact words. It was crushing and made me feel awful. I understand it’s a business but to change policy in the middle of my deal was the worst feeling. This place seems like a very greedy and only profit focused place. And the experience went from positive to awful in a second.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! They sell crashed / damaged cars don’t let the low prices fool you !! They also charged me a 5k “ recondition fee “ meaning they supposedly fix up the cars before selling which is false the car I purchased failed inspection it was many things wrong with the car mechanical & cosmetic which I had to come out of pocket for and there customer service is trash please stay away there’s way better dealers out there

Brought Car it wasn’t ready told by Manuel salesperson passed inspection but car needed brakes trunk door button and tires car could only pass inspection thru fraud please don’t buy a car from here Worst car dealership in the DMV

Staff is shady and impolite. Talked to a guy named, Mike who was quite snarky and belligerent. Will never purchase a vehicle from here. I suggest you stay away and go find a more reputable dealer.

I bought a car from them just 13 months ago. They showed me a Carfax and told me the car was in good shape with only two minor damages. Later, I found out through another report that the car had actually been totaled before — a complete lie.
When I was at the dealership, there were already two other customers complaining about hidden issues with their cars. This place is a total scam — they hide the real history and sell you junk.
To make it worse, when I went back to see how much they’d offer to buy my car (which I paid $17,000 for just last year), they only offered me $5,500. That tells you everything about how worthless their cars really are. Stay far away from this dealership — they sell lemons and trash.

Terrible dealership that isn't truthful. They lied about a car I bought a year ago from them. The car had many issues that they didn't mention and didn't even include in the paper work, until I went to carfax a year later when the car randomly stopped moving and found out.
They are a fraud and I will be suing!

This place is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! I bought a car for my teenage daughter (her first car should be safe) and they sold us a defective vehicle, the airbag was already deployed which is a major issue not only was my 16 year old at risk but so was I, I've only had the car for 8 months it broke down and I went to trade in an they refused because they knew it was broken. And I confronted once I found out that they were fully aware of what they were selling. There was leakage at the top and the seatbelt was broken. When I tell do not buy from them do not, and making sure this location shuts down would be great because no one should fall for these ridiculous scams. They completely wiped it off the carfax DO NOT COME HERE!!!

RUNNNNNNNNN cars are trash, straight from auction with no work or inspections. Jason was very nice until I didn't want the warranties and I questioned my contract. He tried to sell me a car that was listed for one price and added a fee of 2K to the price saying I had to pay his fee. and then when I declined He took the fee off and got sarcastic and said he was now selling the car for free and entertaining me. He didn't want me to see the contract until i made a down payment and once i did i saw that the description was different from what was said on the website. when I wanted to go over the contract he pretended he didn't see what i was looking at in the contract and got mad and said I can refund you your money because i wanted him to go over the contract with me, so I said say less REFUND.

This place is the worst place you can buy a car. They sold my friend a car a little bit ago and there was so much stuff wrong with it; he’s had to get a completely new engine, turbo, fuel pump, and more on going problems. They also work with a warranty company where they tell you a good place to get one for the car. My friend listened and got one through them and when something happened to the car they said they couldn’t do anything because an aftermarket intake, but it was on the car from the dealership. Never buy from them they are frauds.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here because this place is beyond shady. They completely lied to me just to make a sale. They even showed me a fake CarFax and promised the car was in great shape.
As soon as I got it checked out, there were a bunch of problems that they clearly knew about but never mentioned. When I called and told them what was going on, they basically said it’s not their problem anymore and started ignoring me completely.
Now I’m stuck trying to pay for all these repairs just to get the car to even run, and it’s honestly put me in a bad financial spot. I worked so hard on my credit to finally get something nice, and they ruined that whole experience for me.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did this place has scammed way too many people and needs to be shut down.
