“First experience I had a transmission code on a 2016 Nissan Altima. Called them I think (John) let him know I had a after market warranty. They told me bring it in I believe on a Thursday. If you have ever dealt with a warranty company they don't approve to many claims if the shop isn't precise and detailed. Everyday he called to give me an update. It turned out the transmission needed a throttle body. They handled everything with the warranty company and had the car ready on Saturday. When I picked it up I noticed it needed inspection and they took care of that as well. All around great experience. I will not take my cars anywhere else from now on. Great service, very knowledgeable staff, great prices and fast turn around.”

“Excellent work and service. I’m not from this area so finding a trustworthy shop has been a challenge. I definitely recommend Steve’s Auto. For example, I was having an issue with my car shifting gears and assumed the problem involved the transmission (No error codes or indicators). They told me “let’s start small and work our way up. I’ve seen MAV sensors cause this issue.” Sure enough that was it! I will bring all my vehicles here.”

“My family went to Caton's for the 15 years they lived in Woodbridge, and we were always happy with their work on a variety of cars. They communicate well and didn't talk down to me, a nervous college student. The ability to drop off cars after-hours made doing so incredibly simple because I could go with someone after work, instead of scrambling to rearrange our schedule. As a college student, I was driving 700 miles each way on breaks, and keeping my car running was important--knowing that we had trustworthy people reduced a lot of stress.Even after I graduated and stayed in my college city, when it was possible I used Caton's when I visited parents for the holidays--not because there are no good mechanics in my city of residence, but it was a relief to know that if I needed something routine or minor, that there was a place I could take my car to while visiting, instead of scrambling to get that done before leaving my city.My family recently moved away, and they're all sad about having to find a new mechanic. They've been able to rely on Caton's for nearly half my life, and highly recommend them as excellent people.(And Caton's: hey, if y'all ever decide to move to Nashville, you'll have some very excited people.)Services: Tires”

“I must say, with this being my first experience with this shop was a true eye opener, the tech discovered things on my vechile I probably would of never known, the tech also at the front desk explained to me step by step all details I needed in order to fix my vechile. The shuttle driver was pleasant and inviting, the site was clean and had a good atmosphere. I have some money to save it to get the work done but I'm confident they will complete the job to a degree that I will become a customer for life.”

“I use Del's frequently and they always do great work at a reasonable price. Always very accurate with their cost and completion estimates. I am a "car guy" so I'm pretty critical of most repair shops, but I trust Del's with my daily drivers. Have always found the quality of their work, their honesty and their customer focus to be top notch.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“I went to JVA because of the excellent reviews I read. They replaced the engine in my wife’s jeep as promised, when promised keeping us in the loop when necessary. I intend to have all of my vehicles serviced by JVA. Xavier was always pleasant and most professional. I highly recommend JVA.”

“So here’s the story. Moved to Stafford about two months ago, needed to get our cars inspected for registration. We went to a few other places, everyone was booked or had an unimaginable line, one place was just plain rude, we showed up at Aquila Auto Repair and the first service tech we ran into, told us where to line up and that it would be about twenty minutes per car in front of us, but it would move quick and to just wait in the car till one of the techs came over. My husbands truck was first after waiting for about ten minutes, after his truck was done, it was my Jeeps turn. The tech walked up and asked me if I had the light covers for my lights inside the grill: I told him that I did, but had left them at home, he told me if I could go grab them and be back before 11A he could do the inspection… needless to say, I couldn’t find the covers so I ordered them and of corse they took a week to come in, today I went right back there and got my car inspected. Mark, one of the technicians there told me he wanted to show me a few things that I need to keep in mind and have done to my Jeep, just regular maintenance no pressure it was nice and I feel that I can trust them to do work and not take advantage of a silly girl, I’ll definitely be back.”

“Tech was nice, knowledgeable and fast. Showed me things about my new car that I wasn't aware of. The new lady at the register was helpful and extremely nice. Will recommend this place.”

“These folks are fantastic, especially Preston. In less than 5 minutes after lining up Preston walked up and ask how he could help. He went through my options for the oil change, explaining the differences and costs. He also went over the additional services that were included, vacuuming, window cleaning, topping fluids, etc. You do have the option to wait in your car but their waiting room is pretty comfortable. As we walked through the bay area Preston pointed out the location of the restrooms and what the waiting room offered, e.g. TV, wi-fi, coffee, drinks, etc.The prices are comparable to other locations but the service here is outstanding! I also didn’t think there was pressure to receive additional or unnecessary services.”

“Excellent service, never disappoints. My family has lived in the area for many years and we’ve stuck with Featherstone Auto since they opened. A while back they helped with an inspection and after failing, they provided honest and helpful advice on how to fix it and avoid problems in the future. More recently, my car brakes began to grind (sing) which was the signal for new brake pads and rotors since I’d been avoiding that for a long while. Andres answered the phone each time I called to annoy him with questions and concerns. He promptly addressed any concerns over the phone and when I was there to drop off/ pick up my vehicle. He informed me that Jesse had worked on my car so it wouldn’t sing anymore. I appreciate their work in fixing my car quickly and addressing any concerns. The location is convenient, the waiting room area is clean and spacious, while always providing excellent service. Thanks again to everyone that works there.Services: Vehicle Inspection”

“Why this has only 4 stars is beyond me. These guys are honest and up front about doing the right thing. Sheehy quoted my alignment and 4 new tires at 1137. Kaz? 944. Personable vibe and are highly respected. I’m going to go there for my oil changes rather than the “free VIP” Sheehy gives. I should’ve done that a long time ago.”

“I work in Fairfax and after making it back to Woodbridge and picking up my dry cleaning I noticed my back left tire was almost completely flat. I made my way over to Jiffy Lube#1070 of Occoquan around 5:30ish and was greeted by assistant manager Mr. Travis Watson. Between him and his employee Mr. Julio, I want say I was in and out of there in the span of a half an hour or less. My tire was patched refilled and I was safely off. I'm indebted to these men , especially because it was almost closing and I know they wanted to go home. I cannot extort the excellent customer service I received high enough, if you should find yourself in a similar situation this is where you go!”

“June of 2023 I took my jeep to Lake Ridge Auto to fix my ABS module. The day i checked my jeep into the shop I told the young lady the reason for my appointment.I got a call a few hours later informing me that i have to replace my cylinder intake camshaft, rockers and lifters, plus my oxygen sensors on top of removing and replacing my ABS module system. I asked how much will that cost me, when I heard the price I wanted to cry and sell my jeep. But I'm a jeeper and I couldn't get rid of my jeep.  I had recently moved Virginia a week before, and I had to get other work done on my jeep to past the  state and emission test. I had to pay over $3000 to get the work done.  I was told they had to order the parts, and my jeep would be in the shop for a few days. I was a bit disappointed busy it was my only means of getting around this new area. But I understood it's the only way because I needed it fixed.I got a phone call two day later telling me I can pick my jeep up.  I was very surprised but excited.  I asked if they got all the parts in and if everything was fixed. I was told yes. So I went ahead and paid for the job on my credit card, got my keys and jumped into my jeep and drove off a happy woman. When I got home I decided to take a look at the module, that's when i noticed that the shop damaged my hood lock and they didn't tell me about it.  I got very disappointed that something so simple they tried to hide from me hoping I wouldn't notice. I called them and they apologized and took care of it.  Few days later the engine light came on, I called the shop they told me to bring it in. When I got to the shop they wanted to charge me for another diagnostic test. I told them my jeep was just in their shop a few days ago. I told them spent all this money to fixed it and this shouldn't be happening right now.  In the end they didn't charged me for the test . After the test I was told the engine light wasn't on, I said it was when I brought it in.  Then i get to find out that all the parts i paid for on the previous visit they never got all the parts and only some of the parts was in my jeep. I told them I previously paid for all the parts and I'm not paying a single penny for anymore parts that wasn't in and they need to take care of it. I told them to have the manager give me a call. The manager called me later that day and explained to me what I paid for was on the receipt and on the receipt it showing some parts were missing(this is a digital live receipt that they can change anytime). I told him when I picked up my jeep I  asked them if they received all my parts and if everything was taken of and they told me yes. I also spoke to the mechanic who worked on my jeep and asked him how long do I have to fixed the other side, and he told me only when I start seeing the signs like i had previously. The manager apologized to me for the misunderstanding and came to an agreement with me. I would pay for the remaining parts he would waive the labor, which paying for the parts were cheaper the labor. You might be wondering why I give 4 stars after all this headache. I am a fair person and that's why I give 4 stars. They apologized for their miscommunication and figure it out with me(thanks to the manager).  I took a star away because of the dishonesty. But no matter where you go most mechanics are dishonest. Will I go back to this shop, yes I will.  And I will continue to write my reviews fairly.I would say beside the dishonesty they do get the job done fast, the waiting room is clean and they supply coffee for their customers. We as customers must now do our own research on pricing for car parts and know how long the job will take, asked ahead of time the labor cost. It's our job to pay attention to our final receipt and our vehicle for the next few days for any changes after getting our vehicles from the shop. Mechanic are always going to be dishonest, we can't control that. But finding a decent shop that gets the job done and can admit when they have made a mista”

“I took my car in around ten days ago for a A/C recharge and also oil change and tire rotation. The experience was great for me. The job was done in a timely manner and it didn't feel rushed. In addition to the oil change, I also had my tires rotated and the air conditioner recharged. There are coupons available on their website, and they honored them for both the labor and for the oil change. The staff were courteous and professional.”

“Overall, a decent experience for my oil change. They used the oil I requested and didn't try to upsell me anything, a major pet peeve of mine. My only complaint is that one of the technicians messed up my tire pressure. I had just aired them up myself and they were at 33 in front, 32 in rear per the manufacturer's recommendations, and when I left Jiffy Lube my front right tire was down to 26, front left was slightly higher than it should be, and rear tires were slightly lower. My husband and I have both checked for a nail or other damage in the front right and have not found anything, so at this point, I can only assume the guy inadvertently let air out of that tire. Will edit if I end up finding damage later on. Thankfully I have my own air pump and can fix them myself. Otherwise the techs seem to have done an adequate job.”

“Had a great experience here. Had to reschedule due to my mistake and David was very helpful each time I called and accommodating in my request to set each appointment. I bought a new tire and had it mounted and balanced. It took less than an hour and they had a clean waiting room with half a dozen seats, a television, a unisex bathroom and a Keurig coffee machine complete with complimentary k-cups as well as powdered creamer available. When we inquired about sugar we were informed they might be out. I was quoted a price over the phone for the tire and service and there were no surprises or pushing to upgrade or any additional costs. Thanks for everything guys!”

“Recommended my mom to go over to this place for tire service and a oil change and they did not disappoint. She said Michael was polite, knowledgeable and knew what she needed to get her Honda back on the road. She used to go to jiffy lube for service work but after a "situation" involving a new engine she needed a place that she can trust. Thank you guys for service”

“Had service done and I had doubt about the service that was done on my 2021 Explorer. Took my vehicle back the day after Labor Day and was reassured that the service was recorrected and it was because The service person who corrected my problem handled everything personally . I highly recommend this service writer for all my services at Koons of Woodbridge. His name is Andrew Hodges. He got my 5 stars because of his knowledge about what a vehicle needs to keep running in tip top conditions. He cares about customer service. Go ahead Crystal Koons, give this service writer(Andrew Hodges) a nice plaque as Service Writer of the month. Thank you,Bronco”
