“I had this shop perform a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a car I was considering buying. They seemed to do a thorough inspection, and I appreciated the time they spent looking the vehicle over.
The only downside for me was the price, which was a little on the high side compared to some other places I looked into. Also, after the inspection, I didn't receive a written report or photos documenting what they found. That doesn't mean the inspection wasn't high quality, but as someone buying a car from several hours away, having a detailed report with pictures would have been very helpful and would have given me something to refer back to later.
Overall, I believe they did a good inspection. My only suggestion would be to provide customers with a written report and photos along with the results, especially for people buying vehicles from out of town.

“I bought higher end tires at roughly half the cost of a dealership and had them installed in just over an hour (4 tires). They even put my spare tire away under the car after I told them not to worry about it! Robert was great and deserves a raise! Wish Walmart would have more employees assigned to this part of the store instead of those walking around the main store aimlessly. Make sure you make an appointment, otherwise you will wait a LONG time.”
