This year Baltimore city toys for tots has made it difficult for low income parents to pick up toys for their children. Demanding donations be picked up by vehicle only is STUPID. I already can't afford toys..why do you expect me to have a car too?! Now struggling parents have to pay Lyfts to get toys for their children..and when you arrive for pickup they don't give you the right amount (2 toys for 4 kids)...make it make sense....I KNOW FOR SURE it isn't like this for surrounding counties....

I was treated like no one by cortney who is a valunter at port Charlotte location on dec 6 2022. She was the rudest person you’ll ever see . She yelled at my face that she does not get paid for what she’s doing and how many nasty people texting her about gifts . I came in with all documentations and she refused to give me gifts . I believe she’s a racist . I left crying . She yelled at me in front of other lady who was picking up gifts .

They have a number on there website that is never picked up. I continuously emailed them about receiving my toys but I never received anything back. When I finally got the number for them to answer they no longer wanted to give me my toys. So unorganized

They turned me away because I didn't have a print out and when I came back with a print out, they turned me away again, stating that it wasn't the correct version. They all should be ashamed of themselves for denying parents to pick up gifts for their children who're less fortunate. Very sad and disappointing. Way to go Marines and Toys for Tots.
