I had an excellent experience with Akbar, the property manager at Triangle Self Storage from start to finish. My wife visited before I did, and she was very impressed with his professionalism and helpful attitude. When came in later, he remembered my wife”s name and knew mine shortly after. He did this consistently, as I kept going back to look at the different sizes of the units. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to assist customers. If you’re ever looking for a storage facility with top-notch h service, Akbar sets the standard. Highly recommended!

This is the worst storage facility in the area, check it out. Never set up autopay. The told me I must vacate by a certain date because my unit was getting demolished and when I did, they billed me for the entire month. Customer service is nonexistent and they will not respond to you unless they are trying to lure you in.

Great customer service. Talked to Akbar earlier that morning, came in that afternoon he knew who I was right away. He was very thorough and detailed with his sale. He was very straight with me and my husband, which made it easy to purchase a storage space. 2nd time I used them and always a great experience. Thank you Akbar for you assistance and kindness with getting my family situated. Friendly, nice and clean environment. Michele

Knowing what I know of the current state of storage. I would not recommend using this place. Unlike some other storage companies that will allow you to pay against your balance. This company wants all or nothing. They change the balance owed. They will send a addendum for an amount to be paid then when you come into pay it they ask for more even though you come in before the time the addendum said to come in to pay it. It's like their goal is take you to auction. If I had to the same situation with this establishment at public storage my current storage I use. I would have never had my unit go to auction. They don't even have people working there properly during there work hours. I came into pay twice during the weekend and nobody was there even though they clearly were supposed to be.

Giselle the general manager is awesome. She (as well as Roger the assistant manager)goes above and beyond to assist tenants. I will only us Triangle Self Storage with the amazing customer service they give.. wish I could have gave a 12 star rating!!
