βI recently rented a vehicle from enterprise of Woodbridge, Virginia on Richmond Highway for my sonβs wedding in October. It was a mess. The key fob stopped working. The brakes were shotty at this. It was supposed to be a newer model Pathfinder however I give them five stars for when I got back the manager of that enterprise Helped me out immensely a second time I rented in November just a couple of days before Thanksgiving again, a problem with the Pathfinder, it would not accelerate, but the manager once again took very good care of me. And did not diminish my feelings at all he was excellent. I think his name is Mike, but donβt quote me. I will be a continued customer of enterprise of Woodbridge Richmond Highway because of him oh and a shout out to Viviana. She does her best.β

I have to update the post that I did two days ago because the vehicle that I purchased, I feel, is unsafe. After two days, the front collision detector would activate and beep at stoplights. Then, a fault message would intermittently flash on the dash indicating a fault with the front right turn assembly.. when you parked the vehicle, that front light would blink rapidly. The General Manager tried to say that the bulb was out. I have been driving for 50 years (longer than heβs been alive), and I know when a bulb is out. He offered to help with the many cosmetic items that the vehicle needs, but I now have to take the vehicle to my mechanic to list the mechanical defects in the vehicle.
My advice is to throughly inspect their vehicles (not just test drive) before signing any documents.β
βHad an appointment at 0600 hours yesterday and to my surprise they opened about 10mins before scheduled, impressive. The customer service was amazing, professional, answered all questions asked and service due was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming here for future appointments. Thanks!β
