The woman who works at the front is amazing and has exceptional customer service; however, the man that works here is consistently unpleasant. He makes you stand in front of the plastic barriers and will not provide service unless you conduct all of your business through it. No other post office still has these barriers up (clearly a Covid policy that has no functional purpose anymore), but this man seems to think it’s for some other purpose. Being difficult for the sake of being difficult is a sorry excuse for customer service.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER
For the last few months I have been placing ordered and almost every time I’m getting something saying that my package is too heavy when it isn’t and I have to go get it myself . Today this happened but they lied and said i requested it be kept at the facility which I did not but they came to deliver one solo item. When I asked the carrier if there was anything else she said no abruptly even though I had the tracking info . Later finding out they just failed to deliver. There was another time the manager used his personal car to deliver packages to my apartment complex and was knocking on all my neighbors doors to come get their packages out of his car it’s just extremely unprofessional

Workers here go above and beyond to be pissy and jerks to customers. It's dirty. It's unorganized which you don't want out of a post office. There is no parking. The post office does not need to be a terrible place but this one is. Go to the one down the road in Dumfries.

Fire all of em! No one ever picks up the phone. I called to inquire about why my mail is being returned after the 20th call, a lady picks up and replied” we haven’t received anything for you today” obviously not listening to what I’m saying to busy trying to talk over me and respond. I’ve been waiting for months for my daughter’s birth certificate, social. I reordered twice and they both were sent back. I’ve replaced drivers license as well as my personal social and have yet to receive them, it’s been a month since my personal request. At this point I’m convinced fraud is involved. How is my mail disappearing…why is it being sent back to the sender. I’ve lived in this address for almost 3 years and it hasint been an issue since the past 6 months.

Got notice my package wouldn't be delivered due to inaccessibility (2025 snow). Funny how the UPS guy was able to brave his way through the three inches of snow to put another package at my doorstep!

The woman who answered the phone today was very rude. As I was trying to speak she constantly kept speaking over me so I am 100% sure she has no idea what I had said. It was very obvious that she was irritated and overwhelmed with whatever was going on prior to me speaking with her and she projected it on to me. Then she passed me over to someone else. A male I had spoken with the previous day. He was dismissive and said whatever I wanted to hear for me to get off the phone. How can you resolve an issue if there is nobody willing to listen to the problem? The employees here need to learn how to control their emotions and practice better customer service.

The worst post office ever had customer service because they don’t answer the phone. The driver is horrible never delivers my packages. Always makes excuses

This is my favorite post office. Its small but the wait is usually next to nothing. The staff remembers you by name. Its clean, and the post master is very nice and on top of whats going on. They also adhere to the 2 people in the lobby at a time and masks are required.

This is the best local post office in the nation. Mr Freddie and chuantel are wonderful to work with and they provide the best service I have ever seen. It's crazy how wonderful they are. Definitely a big step up
