Omg!! Lauren has just saved the day! My daughter was scheduled at another place that canceled last moment for highlights and cut for her 13th birthday a little pampering before her photo shoot on Friday and I literally called every salon in Roanoke and nothing. Awesome place. I had my hair done elsewhere and it was not at all what I had wanted so I came to New Reflections and Leslie did my hair and did an amazing job and just as I had Invisioned, I will definitely go here again and refer my friends to go here!! Thank you to Leslie for a great job!!!

I was a client a couple years ago there, worst experience of my life. Didn't wet hair before cutting it, didn't do the style I asked for. I had to go to another salon down the street to get it even out and fixed the same day.
