We were expecting this to be bigger, more like a traditional Pilot, it is not. This is fine for a regular truck stop, pretty cramped parking for regular automobiles.

They let their employees live in vans in the parking lot (taking up trucker spaces). Then they go in all nasty and dirty and make subs at Subway... Glad I got food from Hardee's before getting here... This place has gone straight downhill since Pam left...

If you go during Ms. Sherry shift, make sure she checks you out. She's has great customer service skills and is kind and will help you with your visit here. She'll take care of you and get you what you need. I hope they can recognize her. She's great at her job without anyone watching.

1rst in line and empty showers took 1.20 minutes to get shower . Ovoid showering in this miserable poor place

Poorly designed truck stop. Way to too small to safely maneuver trucks around. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to.

The staff (5☆) was extremely pleasant and helpful, but the LOCATION is horrible. The fuel lane, truck parking... it's all TOO CONGESTED and tight. This place needs a major renovation.

RVs beware! Not really any room to maneuver or pull in and wait without blocking traffic. I would not say that this location is RV friendly at all. More like if there is an RV emergency and you have no other option. There is plenty of room in this town to build a better truck stop!
