“The staff is friendly and you’re usually in and out of this place fairly quickly, but they are now requiring you to pay for their insurance if you rent a pick up truck. Just a heads up. It's not included in the price and they make you pay extra even if you have a credit card that will cover it.”

“Delivered a U Box to this facility . Staff was polite & professional . Unload time took around 30 minutes give or take . NO DOCK at this facility . They'll drag out the U Box with a chain then bring it down with the forklift . You have to back in from the street to the facility .”
