“A week ago I had car troubles and had to make an emergency stop. Damon promptly helped figure out I was out of coolant and from there on was amazing. I know very little about cars other than they need gas. He helped me shop, showed me how to put it in my car, and most importantly explain what it did with making me feel stupid. He was very helpful and sweet. 10/10 recommend if you have questions find that guy.”
“This is a kind and friendly auto body repair. and auto repair/maintenance shop. Its a 1 man shop. who can weld on broken farm equipment. He can weld on lots other things to. He has a car dolly so he is able to do some towing around the surrounding area's. Stop by and check him out if your in need of any repairs he is a honest guy who will do his best to help you get back on your way.”

“When shopping for auto parts, I generally go to Advance for my needs. Howeve, this was the best experience I have had with Advance Auto. I am from out of town and was driving through Gordonsville on my way to my parents when the light for my alternator came on. Scott was able to help me diagnose that my alternator was bad and it needed to be replaced. He hooked me up with a mobile mechanic who replaced the alternator in the parking lot as well as stayed past his shift to make sure my family and I were taken care of and helped replaced the alternator. Highly recommend this Advance. Thank you again Scott.”
“Everyone I spoke with in the auto service department was professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I had 4 new tires put on and was on my way pretty quickly. I made my appointment about a week in advance because my tires were purchased online and were shipped. It looked like that were pretty well staffed that day. I mention that because, just like anywhere else, if you have to wait keep in mind that people don't always show up for work on time or at all. This is everywhere. If you see empty bays and only 2 people most likely those 2 people have been doing their jobs and covering for the other 4 no shows. If they take a moment to breathe that's not being lazy. They are human. They are working on cars. Checking people in/out, answering phones,cleaning, etc. No, I do not personally know anyone that works here nor am I related to anyone here. This was my 1st time having tires installed here and these are just my observations.”
