Liz Sullivan (Arhaus Tysons) made our shopping experience so special. She was really detail oriented, knowledgeable of the household items on the floor, and worked with us to curate the feel and look of our newly renovated home. She really is a gem and amazing with her customers.

I have been working this whole year to find a resolution for a damaged Clancy daybed leg. I received a few emails asking for pictures of the damaged/cracked leg. I provided those and then never received a response. I waited for hours on the customer service line to follow up multiple times, and each time they say they see the case and will follow-up. Horrible customer service once you make a purchase there and the quality appears mediocre for furniture at this price level.

Do NOT purchase the “Worry Free” warranty from Arhaus. First, unless you only have one spot on your sofa, your claim will likely be denied under the guise that the warranty is void due to an “accumulation of stains”. My dog drools, I know this. I attempted to use my warranty to remove the spots from where a neighbor had been sitting, not for the dog’s drool spots.
The Arhaus salesperson who sold me my sofa, James E., hyped this warranty so hard saying, “Everyone with kids and pets should have this, it will pay off.” I, having both kids and pets, am not one to typically purchase a warranty, but he was so convincing.
Second, the service call window is 4 hours. You get to wait around for half the day just to have your claim denied.
I am so exceptionally irked that I will not purchase from Arhaus again if these spots are not taken care of.

Had a lovely Sunday afternoon of furniture shopping at Arhaus at Tyson’s Galleria. Currently in the middle of a major renovation and needed both living/family room furnishings. Had never been inside nor heard of Arhaus Furniture store before in my life. After walking around a few minutes, we were approached by Tim White. Mr. White warmly greeted us and asked what brought us into the store today. We gave the entire rundown to Tim and the rest is history. Tim and Katie (a.k.a - Batman and Robin) totally took the bull by the horns and were never looked back. The next two hours was a total blur of fabrics, swatches and laughter. We not only found a fabulous store to shop for future home decor, but truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. Tim was professional, confident and very approachable. Tim took the time to not only show us the behind the curtain details, but was able to explain it in such a way that you felt comfortable with the entire process. Arhaus is a true craftsman experience in the unique style and details that no expense was spared. Katie worked diligently on the laptop taking every possible details of our home layout, and putting it into her design program. As we were sitting kicking around the furniture ideas, Katie had a complete scale model of our rooms with our newly designed furniture. I couldn’t believe my eyes, and this was done with just a few measurements of our home. Long gone are the days of rulers and tape measure hoping everything fits on delivery day. If you’re in need of REAL quality furniture, and a true professional designer experience please check out Tim and Katie at Arhaus in Tyson’s Galleria, you will not regret it. Enjoy!

She's is dishonest, rude and untrustworthy
She delivered our expensive chandlier in the picture shown below
She said it would come in a box and would be white glove delivery but instead the delivery person wanted to leave it as shown in the picture laying on top of a empty box and wanted to charge us $50 for the box for us to keep it on. We paid over $500 for shipping
SUSAN seems to have a back door profit with the delivery person she recommends
She is a liar , do not trust her. She also has a nasty attitude when speaking with clients. Not sure how she has a manager postion.

We purchased our Beale sectional from
tyson’s location. we also got the warranty. i have to say that arhaus poses as luxery furniture company but they are below par. you’re better off spending this much money at RH if this is your style. their customer service is exceptional
and will help you replace your furniture without so much questioning and probing. unfortunately arhaus takes no responsibility for their crappy stuff. don’t waste your $$$ here.

I was unable to get help at the Fairfax Corner store, so I contacted the regional manager to ensure I would get assistance. The Tysons rep did not provide a layout as promised was over a week over do on another layout and blew off scheduling my next appointment, so I asked for a refund and I will shop elsewhere. I invested a lot of time working with both stores for zero return.

I walked into this Arhaus yesterday just to browse, but had a very uncomfortable interaction with a salesperson. While I was alone in a tucked-away part of the store, I was approached abruptly and the salesperson began aggressively insisting that I share my personal information even after I clearly said no multiple times.
He continued to push, claiming it was part of his job to get a personal information but his persistence was aggressively forceful and created an environment that was anything but safe, comfortable or welcoming. I eventually had to walk away just to end the interaction.
Just be careful when you go in there, as shoppers should never feel harassed, cornered, pressured, or unsafe in a retail space.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Liz at Arahus! After visiting several furniture stores and not receiving the level of customer service we hoped for, we were so impressed by Liz that we came back to Arahus just because of her.
From the start, Liz was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She guided us through furnishing our entire home and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. We were on a tight timeline and didn’t want to wait weeks for items to come in stock—Liz went above and beyond to make sure we got everything as quickly as possible. She even arranged for a sofa that was originally going to take 6 weeks to arrive in just one week!
What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. When we made two separate purchases, she thoughtfully added the second order to our first delivery so we wouldn’t have to pay two delivery fees. She also followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with everything we received.
Liz provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping at Arahus!

Our entire apartment is furnished by Arhaus. Tim White is a phenomenal and carrying sales associate and I suggest trusting him with the process of helping design and work on your home. We’ve had an amazing experience working with him for over a year now. He helped us with our first place and even more when we moved and upgraded our space: great location, beautiful show room, fantastic staff.

Big shoutout to Tyson’s store for their remarkable customer service. Dana was incredibly helpful even when we had to return the huge purchase we made. It was took big for our home . Dana worked to help us return it on time and without any extra charge.

I am writing a review here because maybe this is the only way Arhaus employees will finally respond to me. We purchased furniture from Arhaus months ago. The furniture itself is fine - very nice pieces, as expected. But the customer service from Arhaus, as a whole is some of the WORST I've ever experienced. I would expect this from a cheap, unreputable company but when I'm paying THOUSANDS of dollars for furniture, I expect much much better from a company like this.
To explain, I opened up an Arhaus charge card to finance my purchases and for reasons unknown, months after my purchase, my card was mysteriously and erroneously charged $700 by Arhaus for no reason. And I was not informed or given an invoice whatsoever. I've tried calling and emailing the people at Arhaus for MONTHS and nobody has resolved this issue. The purchase was made in May, it is now November, and not only has this issue not been resolved, but I am now being charged INTEREST and FEES on my Arhaus card for this erroneous charge, despite me diligently paying my monthly expenses.
So sure, Arhaus has very nice furniture, but don't expect any top tier customer service to match. And maybe you too will get randomly charged!
Arhaus - if you're reading this I look forward to you ignoring me once again and doing nothing about my ongoing issue.

Arhaus has been amazing for our house!
Katie the amazing designer at the Tysons location has been patient, creative and fun to work with! Jennifer the regional store manager has been so supportive with a large order that we recently placed! Katherine and Tim the other 2 designers who have helped us on our home project have been truly amazing! Can’t say enough good things about these wonderful folks! Thank you for genuinely caring about your clients designs! We are very happy that we picked Arhaus for our home !
