The staff were helpful. However the dress I purchased for close to $200 for a wedding was the one that people tried on and had make up residues. I didn't pay attention when I paid and only found out right before I had to wear it.

When I walked into this store no one greeted me but I could hear them say good morning to other people. And when I left the store no one said anything. They didn’t help me at all. They were having an opening meeting 40 minutes after the store had opened. So no one could help me. Makes me never want to shop here again. Worst costumer service I experienced at any place in the mall!!!!

Today was fairly disappointing for my mother and I. While heading into the dressing room my mother had sat on the couches waiting for a dressing room to open. Two caucasian employees had given my mother dirty looks for simply sitting down. Later while I was mid changing, one of the two employees had open the curtain without any notice, only asking if anyone was inside while peaking inside. This was not really a problem because it could have been an honest mistake. The problem was that this employee not only did not apologize, but went to the other employee to say that I had yanked the curtain back and grabbed her hand. This did not happen because they had opened the curtain and closed it too quickly for me to even react. The micro-aggression made by this employee to paint me as an aggressor to others was very upsetting. Usually my experience here is not necessarily positive nor negative, but today was by far the worst customer service.

Just went the other day picked a dress to try asked permission before I could from one of the associates, a few minutes later another associate comes and asks if everything is well I reply yes and still keeps on trying to come in and abruptly removes the curtain peeks in and says “oh I just wanted to see if a small table is in there” like?!?!
Me half naked completely stunned because they don’t even have proper attires or badges that tells whether they’re workers or customers!
Like you peeked in without my permission to see if a table is there or not?! Like why are you so paranoid about people stealing instead of that the person giving permission to try clothes should keep an eye when people leave fitting rooms

Super confused about the low rating on this place. The clothes are pricey, but very high quality. There were people helping me the whole time, grabbing me extra sizes in the dressing room, offering to hold my picks for me so I didn't have to juggle. The Abercrombie a few store fronts down was a nightmare, it was such a pleasure to stumble on this gem.

Horrible customer service. I don’t understand why they have sales associates in the store if they’re not there to do the job of sales associates. No-one greets you helps you or even bother to respond to your questions.

The customer service is awful. The cashier literally crumpled the stuff up and dropped it in the bag like a trash. We bought 4 tops and two of them got broken even during just fitting it on.

First time I came in there was a lovely associate who helped me pick out outfits for an event I was having later that day she was kind and pretty helpful. Second time I came in sales associates on the floor were nice and kind, but the one in the fitting room was so rude. She didn’t say anything or talk she just looked upset and mad. I understand people can have their off days but at the end of the day your job is to help and assist customers, especially at the price point of the store.

I tried my best to understand and follow their nonsense return policy rules, but still I have to bear their bad attitude while I want to make a return. They have a lot of rules on their return policy, 14 days, no marked down items, and a new one, PayPal. They just have a lot of reasons to keep the money in their store credit. They told me if I want to have the full refund, I need to ship the items back and pay the label fees myself. I mean who they think they are! The sales associate always look like I just bought the clothes for fun then return them? Aritzia really needs to think about how to satisfy their customers but not train a group of arrogant employees.

Super weird experience w an associate. Followed me and Asked if my personal jacket was from aritzia (clearly had the north face logo on it?) and felt like she was alluding that I was about to steal it lol
