Visited this location this past Thursday and we were greeted by an employee named "JAY". He was so kind and went above and beyond in listening to what we were looking for and offering options. Also had a great time chatting, and has great interpersonal skills which is great for building rapport with the customer. Loved our personalized message in our bag that he wrote which let us know he was listening and was engaged throughout our entire visit. We will be back because of him! (we usually go to the Tanger Outlet Burberry).

Worst sales associate and experience.
Just got done with major surgery. Still can't lift heavy weights, strain, or do much more than walk. Sales person would not stop hovering after explicitly being asked. Then when I went to look and hold a bag she literally pulled it out of my hands after I told her "we're fine" for the second time. Simply awful, aggressive, and literally could have caused physical harm.

The worst customer service experience of my life. I dropped off my trench coat in March for a “refresh”. I was told the service would take approximately 6 weeks and I would be able to contact my service representative who helped me at the store any time with any questions.
After six weeks, I reached out to my representative to find out if he had any updates on my trench. I reached out three times and never heard anything. I called the store and was told they weren’t sure where the trench was, and the manager would give me a call back by the end of the day. She did not.
Over the course of the next two months, I called customer service (the store stopped picking up their phone) about ten different times trying to find out what the hold up was. In late May, I was told there was a mix up in the system, my trench was “missing”, and they weren’t sure when it would be back. Eventually I finally got a hold of the store operations manager. She was initially responsive and told me my trench would be back in about a week or two. After two weeks, she quit responding. Corporate customer service was also no help: they told me over and over that they could not reach the store and that someone would call me back. It wasn’t until July 1st that the store manager finally called me. She told me it was “busy season”, and they weren’t sure if my trench had ever gotten cleaned. I requested that it be pulled back no matter what.
Two weeks later I finally got my trench back. Throughout the course of this whole ordeal, I was constantly apologized to and told this wasn’t “Burberry’s standards”. Given the number of people I spoke with who gave me the same nothing answers, and never followed up when they said they would, it clearly IS the standard. There’s no concern for the customer. I work with airlines for a living and even they are easier to work with than Burberry. How a routine, six-week service took over three months is beyond me. The complete disregard of the customer was appalling.
On top of that? Still stains on my trench coat.
Never again.

The Burberry store at Tysons Galleria in McLean, VA features Burberry’s iconic distinctive check pattern in many of the product selections from accessories to scarfs and clothing. The store carried an excellent collection of shoes! The staff was busy yet helpful servicing many of their customers.

Had a really fun time checking out the Burberry store. Two associates went out of their way to show me products they thought I’d like and I ended up purchasing a wallet.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a bag at Burberry.Palinda is an excellent saleswoman who is caring, polite, and highly professional. She makes you feel welcomed unlike a lot of the other salespeople at stores in the Galleria.Overall, the store is well organized and includes a beautiful selection of the newest designer items.

I came in to do a return Khang and Anthony(i think that was his name) helped right away. Their system was down but they were able to make accommodations to make it more time efficient for me. While I was waiting I was looking around and Zohra was assisting me and helped me out. On top of that she was extremely sweet and feel the genuine love she had. Overall, amazing staff and wish they all get some type of promotion for the excellent experience they gave me.

ZERO RATING Staff were very difficult, unfriendly to work with. The gentlemen who inspected items told me the are items are not returnable. Purchased a wallet and I went home and see scratch all over the purse. When I tried to exchange same purse they are not willing to exchange since it is used.The wallet is less than a week old. They sold with scratch.Worst company to deal with and staff was not friendly at all. They show new one in the store and packed with scratch on wallet and they are unable to exchange also. Don't deal with it

The service here is the same as always. I tried on the boots, but found that the boots here are only exhibits. If you want to buy them, you can only take the exhibits home, but there are many textures on the exhibits, so Give up because a lot of people try it on and I don't know why this happens!

The service here is the same as always. I tried on the boots, but it turns out that the boots here are just exhibits. If you want to buy, you can only take the exhibits home, but there are a lot of textures in the exhibits. I give up because so many people try it on, but I don't know why this happens!
Le service ici est le même que toujours. J'ai essayé les bottes, mais j'ai constaté que les bottes ici ne sont que des expositions. il y a beaucoup de textures sur les expositions, alors Abandonnez parce que beaucoup de gens l'essayent et je ne sais pas pourquoi cela se produit !

Staff were very difficult, unfriendly to work with. I was here with my mother to return couple items that she was not satisfied with. The gentlemen who inspected items (they were purchased less than a week ago) declared that none of the items are in "sellable condition" because on one of the item that were trying to return, the tag on the handbag was stuck in the zippers and we tried to unzip the bag to pull the tag out, but it came off. The staff didn't even try to accommodate our returns, they were so quick to turn us away. The entire event was so embarrassing to myself and my mother. I understand returning designer brand items are sensitive about tags being attached, but in all honestly, anyone can tell if the item was used or not. Customers, please beware of the level of service that you will receive in this shop vs other amazing options and brands in the galleria. I felt very mistreated because we came straight to return the item and not to look around. What a disappointment.
