I bought two king size pillows in Casper today, the way the seller agent was communicating with us in the store was not professional, she looks too hungry and in rash to close the store.

Ashlee helped us find our perfect mattress & was super informative with explaining to us about the different options. She was very friendly & took her time with us. Casper is a great store & would highly recommend.

The reason the company is named Casper is because the warranty and support disappeared after 12 months. Best to avoid purchasing.

To be clear, this review is not of the service I received when I visited the Tysons Corner Casper store. Brandon helped me and my husband and he was super professional. However, the delivery service they set up for our mattresses is the worst ever. I have little hope that I will ever receive the mattresses we paid for and when I called the store they confirmed that they had received many complaints about RXO. They advised me to call Casper customer service. Casper customer service said they only do in-home delivery through RXO because they are the best. They asked me to try RXO again and they would give me a gift! A gift! I asked if the gift was time since that is what they wasted of mine. Answer was no of course. Well, I am going to cancel my entire order and go buy mattresses from Tempurpedic where I can be sure to get delivery and removal of old mattresses and not from some shady company that will not even tell you that they are not going to deliver on the day they have confirmed they will. This company has horrible reviews on Yelp and Google, yet Casper thinks it makes sense to annoy their customers by using RXO. I suppose Casper only really wants to have your mattress delivered by UPS. No thanks. My son ordered a mattress from Amazon and got better delivery than this.

Two employees at the front of the store. Not a single one said hi to us when we walked in. We didn’t get any help. We asked where the mattress pads were- no response. Great products, terrible service. Due to the service alone, will not be purchasing from here.

My husband and I went to multiple mattress store on the day we went to this caspar location very different than your typical mattress store experience. It is more of a hands off experience where you get to try each mattress. The customer service here was amazing. Alison went above and beyond. Would recommend if you are in the market for items for your sleeping needs.

The customer service was superficially serviceable but they seemed a bit aloof and distant, not super friendly. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy from the employees. The store is small without too many mattresses but maybe that's all they had.

We purchased a foundation from Casper for a new foam mattress. Casper foundation looks wonderful online but it is self defeating for a foam mattress which should be a solid platform. The foundation is made with wood slats that have to much space between creating the mattress foam to be squeezed through the slats. I called and told I had 30 days trial and I was 4 days to late. Casper products are junk . We also purchased a mattress that was missing the top 3 layers and 3 inches of the supposed 11inch of layers. Anyone thinking of buying a Casper product think twice

A sick worker was sent to collect a mattress return, and he stayed within close range because the service is NOT contactless - unlike advertised - while he handled notepad and pen and required a signature from me. I suppose they could care less about exposing customers to covid if you are returning merchandise. (this was actually a replacement, pending my order for a different model) Casper sent its a carrier to collect a return from my house. They sent two people in my house, one of whom was sick with covid symptoms. They were not expected at that time, and they called to ask to come then because they were nearby. I did not have time to pull the king mattress and foundation on the front porch and said they will have to pull the boxed out which where already at the door. They came into my living space to collect the furniture, the man coughed repeatedly within close range of me, as he handed me a notepad and pen to sign off for the pick up. He was clearly feeling ill, it could not help the coughing, and quite slow to move around and get out, compared to the other guy. It is unacceptable that the service not be contactless at this point in the pandemic, in a high contraction rate area, and even more so unacceptable that you would bring someone visibly ill to service customers in their house. I have been exposed because of doing business with Casper and I am very disappointed. Casper makes a promise to its customers, and should ensure the end to end servicing of the customers abides by that promise. This exposure was very unwelcome. You could cause a death with such negligence. This transaction has now cost me peace of mind, and let's hope not my health.

The sales staff was lovely but once I needed to make a return I was handed over to customer service via telephone. As it turns out the foundation is not returnable within the same time frame as the mattress. I was told I couldn't return the foundation and why don't I just keep it? I asked why I would keep the foundation if I'm returning the mattress I bought it for. I've escalated the issue via email and it's been weeks. Im told my request is "under review" and am getting nowhere. Buyer beware!
