Jessica at the Tyson store location was super sweet. She went above and beyond to help me locate a purse I was looking for. She greeted me when I walked in the store. Great customer service:) definitely will be returning.

Decided to leave a review!I bought a pair of jeans (model 09B83) in the end of February 2023. I’ve put them on for the first time in March 2023 and maybe after ten times of wearing those they ripped!!!That’s not the quality you except for a pair of jeans that cost 235$!Instead of just replacing them without any further questions I was offered to leave them for repair!Diesel quality is totally not worth the money!

Corporate headquarters please pay attention! This store moved from their excellent corner location two doors down and now sport a red exterior and interior similar to website colors. The clothing presentation was abysmal. I genuinely felt bad for the staff. Their was very little foot traffic. The staff included an Asian woman and a Middle Eastern man who were very helpful in describing fits and finding sizes. The store however, looked sparse almost like an outlet. Definitely not upscale or chic. I was able to find a few pairs and a sweater I liked but left in disbelief at how awful the store was. Historically I love to splurge on Diesel to celebrate financial or fitness successes. However, getting a proper fit for jeans online is too difficult. I prefer to try on jeans if I am going to spend two to three hundred dollars per pair. Unlike the website with over a hundred choices in jeans, this small store has maybe 10 or so. When I think about Tyson's Corner as being in one of the wealthiest areas of the US, the Diesel store is a real let down in terms of product selection and presentation.Hopefully this is a transitional presentation but a big disappointment. It makes me wonder what their NYC store looks like.

I almost can't give any star because all the staff service suck...First of all, they put the belt barrier at the entrance so look like they close but actually store is open. Then, the staff look at you like u won't have money to buy it and no waste my time. So sarcastic attitude. They don't even serve u! I give a star just because diesel is a quality brand. I end up choose to buy my diesel items online! I won't go back to that store anymore because their service super suck!!!

Whatever you buy from here DO NOT buy any shoes from here as they are extremely poor quality and the managers are as rude as can be. The jeans and apparel might be wonderful but the same CANNOT be said for their shoes. My sneaker sock shoes separated from the bottom sole and I was told “it is normal wear and tear”. What a joke of a store.
