When I was in late Morning(9/19/24) the black lady with long hair and baseball hat was there. Did not greet me instead she asked me if I was going to buy something today? I don’t have to buy. Then I look at some shirts , set it on the rack she asks me where did I put the shirt. As she took it back to the table she made a comment under her breath. I said “ I am sorry, what did you say?” - nothing. Finally I go to the fitting room, she’s on the phone telling someone ‘ oh she’s still here.’ As if I could not hear her. What kind of customer service is that?! I called the store later that day to speak to the friendly store manager, Nikki who understood, was apologetic and stated this was not the first or second time complaints have been made against her. In my personal opinion she needs to be asked to leave based on my experience today and a few different occasions. Today being the worst I received from that lady. Three stars because Nikki and a few other ladies are good for this store as well as large selection with earrings. Thank you Nikki!

I would give ZERO stars to the awful disgusting treatment we received today from CHRISTAL !!!!!!
She definitely is not happy working there as she was cursing at clients while they turn their back.
She is just nasty and a bad person to work in a such a peaceful and nice store.
We have been coming here for years and never we got this treatment.
I will definitely reach out to the management because it is not acceptable to have such an awful employee working for you !!!!!

I went to return a item and the cashier was super rude I will never go back to Francesca's to shop again they should train their cashier better I am so disappointed

Nice shop, pleasant staff, and good prices. Took my daughter in for a few items and came out with more than I expected. The Frankie collection is a nice addition. There are casual and dressy options. Their jewelry has a bling to it without the zing to your wallet. And for those looking for some fun, comedic gifts with perhaps more adult sayings, there are plenty of options.

I have not had such a positive retail experience in I don’t know how long. Ombre and Eden provided such incredible service and genuinely friendly advice that my girlfriend just had to get two items rather than the one she had set out to get. This is legitimately the key and gold standard to retail customer service and ultimately the exact relief and satisfaction from retail therapy so many shoppers set out for. Thank you both so much for your kindness today. Made our day.

Oh my gosh, customer service at its worst. The teens working in the store yesterday did not greet me and gathered around a phone to laugh at videos. When I asked a question the woman who answered me was grossly patronizing and rude. I could not believe it. I love the clothes here, but as a person who works in retail I am apalled by the employee's behavior.

Double Charged-Register shut down after my transaction was complete. Even though I showed employee it went through my bank account she insisted on doing another transaction. I was told if I left the store with my bag I would be stealing. She assured me there would not be two charges.Eight weeks later I am still fighting with corporate to get my second transaction credited back to my account. They clearly have record of both transactions, register shutting down, notes from store manager.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CORPORATE!Will never shop at Francescas’s again. Neither will my two daughters and two daughter in laws.

I used to shop here a lot but ever since they hired new employees who don't really care to help customers at all! Like I call in just to make sure if they have the item in the store and no one ever barely picks up the phone and literally tells me to call back when not busy....? Excuse me? And I called again like an hour later and no none picks up. Other stores never had this issue. In addition, there is this one young woman (skinny with long black hair and looks all snobbish) acts like she knows everything and makes up random policies. For example, telling customers that there is a limit on the return amount and that the discount cannot be stacked (while other stores will do). I hope they improved the customer service at this store. Only will come if the item are not at other stores but otherwise, I prefer to go to other stores for better customer service.
