The rudest manager you could ever meet works at this shopping center. I selected so many clothes, but when I needed her help with something, she refused—with so much attitude and rudeness. I will never visit this place again because of her.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store. The representative wearing glasses was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I brought up an issue with a sales item, they acknowledged the store's mistake but refused to assist. Their lack of concern for customer satisfaction was appalling. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from shopping at this store again. I hope they can improve their customer service training in the future.

I have never seen worst queue than this place. I have been standing for more than 20 minutes in the line and I have another family still standing in front of me. With all these folks they literally have one two people working the registers.
If you have patience this is your store. Otherwise shop else where.

I visited Khaadi, Tysons Corner today with my two friends. We loved the place. Fabulous collections and their owner Zahida were very helpful to assist us with all our questions and needs. She has got a great lot of good cotton clothes in affordable range. Thank you team Khaadi for making our shopping experience a wonderful one today.

Please disregard Nishat Kazi review as I stood behind her in line when she bashed the store manager for doing his job. He is very polite and abided by the policy and he helped me find a few sizes and also gave me a tour of the beautiful store. They have very beautiful mannequins and a great selection on jewelry.

The store manager at Tyson's Khalid treats you like you are a second class human being and very rude
I live out of town( 4 hours ) and had a big order
When I reached home I realized the girl had packed two extra sets of pants of a set I brought on full price ( tags on and all and. Receipt )
So when I went back there I very politely asked if I could exchange or get a store credit
The manager very rudely told me he can't do anything and I need to go to Their website and deal with it
The problem was not the policy the problem was he had no courtesy to handle this is a a civil manner or help me get online or file a claim
He even refused to give me his name because of this
Khaadi Tysons either change your policy for genuine customer concerns or keep loosing customers who are genuine
