Many thanks to Mads, the sales associate who patiently explained all the options of the sactional sofa to me, a first timer. She was patient and clear and also fun! I ordered my sofa today (from One Loudoun, that’s slightly closer to my home, with equally kind & helpful staff).

We came in right as the mall was opening on Labor Day Weekend and Nate opened the doors and welcomed us in right away. He was very informative, thorough and kept our interests in mind. We did a lot of research online and glad we actually came into the store to sit on the couches and see the fabric in person. Big thanks again to Nate!

Don't bother getting anything from these guys especially if you have pets, their stuff isn't waterproof. I wanted to buy more replacement foam (60+lbs) and they told me to buy a new insert for 500 dollars. Don't waste your money.

Tara and the team were excellent! Tara was very patient as my wife and I battled a toddler while building the perfect couch configuration for us. Tara made the experience easy to understand and none of the team was pushy on sales. Experience couldn't have been better!
