Don't bother getting anything from these guys especially if you have pets, their stuff isn't waterproof. I wanted to buy more replacement foam (60+lbs) and they told me to buy a new insert for 500 dollars. Don't waste your money.

Tara and the team were excellent! Tara was very patient as my wife and I battled a toddler while building the perfect couch configuration for us. Tara made the experience easy to understand and none of the team was pushy on sales. Experience couldn't have been better!

Edited 8/22 belowFinally pulled the trigger on getting a Lovesac and so glad we did. We are in VA for the weekend from NC and decided to visit the store. Johnny was so great and knowledgeable. We are glad we got to work with him.8/22- Well, we thought this would be a smooth process, but here we are a month later, still not "whole." We love it too much to return it, but let's put it this way. Schedule an appointment and go with EVERY question as a phone memo AND your ideal setup in the apps cart. If you want StealthTech, get it up front. See how new the seat cushions are in the showroom because they can be deceiving once you get your order. Don't be surprised if there are variations of cushion firm/softness. Finally, gift your FedEx driver. You can thank me later.

Great customer service from Doug, we love the couch, it's been through two houses and 10 configurations, lasting well through a cat, a toddler, an infant, and my various red wine and coffee stains. Now if only I could get those stains from my teeth...

The showroom is small but extremely effective. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and available. Lovesac is no pressure sales; they inform so you can make the best decision with the options available and right for your circumstances. They are extremely customer friendly and honest in what they promise.

Walked into the showroom ant Tysons mall and Johnny immediately greeted us and helped us figure out what we wanted. He walked us through the process of setting it up along with options to add on. We ended up putting in an order with him over the phone when there was a bigger sale a week later. To our surprise we received our Lovesac sectional in two days! (We didn’t get a custom fabric) We are still waiting for the seating with storage but that should be arriving in the next day or so. Overall best experience we could ask for and we already love the sectional and plan on adding to it later.

Great location. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales associates. Doug, in particular, did a tremendous job ensuring that we were getting exactly what we needed/wanted versus what he could potentially sale us.

The associate helping my husband and I was aggressively selling Stealth Tech which was annoying. She also told me I did not have an online account when I did, and insisted I create a new one. Her attitude when I tried to explain that I already had an account was condescending/rude. Not a great experience overall. I only bought the couch because I was tired of shopping for couches haha and I appreciate the fact that the covers are washable. The delivery experience was not handled properly. We asked for one shipment with everything and of course we’re getting multiple shipments. Our order was set to be fulfilled by the store instead of a warehouse, so our order was delayed. These are relatively minor things but after the poor experience in store, it just contributed to an overall really ‘careless’ feeling on behalf of the Lovesac staff. We were definitely just a number/commission to these people.
