I brought my Tacori rings to the Tysons Corner Mervis store to have them resized and serviced. Monica Park did such a great job making sure I chose the best fit for my rings. She communicated with me throughout the few weeks and kept me updated on when my rings would be ready for pick up. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Excellent customer service and great selection as well! We dropped in to find a ring for myself and loved all the options that were presented and went with a custom piece. We were so pleased with everything we turned around 15 min later and came back to but a new ring for my husband as well! Zoe is wonderful and easy to work with- really appreciated her! Couldn’t be happier with our new rings, the best quality honestly. I also turned in my original wedding ring for repairs, so this is officially our jewelry store now!

Maia is amazing! I came in looking for something special for my wife but I wasn’t sure what to get. Maia made several suggestions highlighting the features of each piece. I had my fairytale experience at Mervis Diamond Importers. Monica made it all possible, she was exceptional! My fiancé and I arrived in search of a heart diamond. First off, we were not expecting to meet and work with Mr. Mervis but that was a bonus treat. The customer service was second to none. He came in and educated us on the diamonds and made sure he understood what we were looking for. To execute the deal he brought in his secret weapon, Monica. She was amazing!! They only had one lab grown diamond in store and we were only looking for natural diamonds. Monica assured us that she could have a few shipped in from Israel and they would arrive in a couple days. We came back a few days later and the diamonds selected were simply beautiful!! The presentation was breathtaking and of all the sizes of stones, I would have been happy with any but my fiancé wanted me to have the best. Needless to say, I’m over the moon with his choice and the proposal was just in time for my birthday dinner?. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true and being part of the start of my fairytale. Thank you Monica and we will definitely return!!!

Highly highly recommend Mervis. We worked closely with Amber to design my engagement ring. She is so friendly, helpful, and made the process fun and special. She is always there to reply to any questions I have and she helped us with our wedding bands too. We have also worked with Robert who was also wonderful to work with. Lauren Davison at Mervis in Tyson's was exceptional. I had issues with my 9 year old engagement ring and she went above and beyond to help get to the root of the problem and worked with my insurance to make sure it was covered. Hi YELP Nation. Today, let's take a look at Mervis Diamond Importers (MDI). This relationship started about 20 years ago when I was in pursuit of the perfect engagement ring (see ring on baby foot). I can't recall what put MDI on the radar, but whatever it was I'm glad it did. Their selection of beautiful diamonds and precious stones is simply amazing. But what's good inventory without good people to help explain one stone from another. Our original sales professional was knowledgeable and displayed the perfect temperament. We reviewed stones for about an hour before she informed us of a rare cut called the Asscher cut and we were sold on sight. Over the years, we needed to return for cleanings, maintenance and other purchases. On each visit, we were helped by similarly friendly and engaging professionals as with our first visit. During our most recent visit, we were helped by Rob. Although all we needed was a resizing and polish, Rob sat and chatted with us about common life interest for about 45 minutes. No rush, no selling, just a genuine person to person discussion about life, passions and professions. Well done MDI. Yelpers this place is upscale and pricing reflects the quality.
