Don't go for the coffee. The Americano was expensive and tasted burned. Pastries look good...

Any time I am in the Tyson's area, I make it a point to stop by at a Paul. I picked up pastries for my family and they all greatly enjoyed them. I also picked up some "Paul" merchandise for my family member named Paul. The ambiance here feels French a d the service is good. I recommend stopping by for pastries or a sandwich.

Great coffee and atmosphere! What more can you ask for?! Haven’t had the chance to dine in or try any of the pastry items but I look forward to it next time. Conveniently located near the entrance/exit.

We went for brunch at this cafe a while back on a Saturday. The cafe had a variety of pastries and other options. As we walked in, we were amazed by the delicious-looking pastries inside the display. However, the food we had was just okay and nothing special. The cafe could be improved in all aspects, especially keeping the seating area clean and tidy.Parking: This cafe is located inside Tysons Galleria and has many customer parking spaces.

Great place to take a break from shopping and have a coffee with some delicious parties or sandwiches. They have good seating space inside and also just outside the cafe. I wasn't hungry but was craving a nice cappuccino. Had the cappuccino with 2 mini croissants. Totally hit the spot. Wanna try other pastries and yummy items that are on display next time.

Paul French Bakery & Cafe is an incredibly popular and amazing place in Tysons Galleria with truly fantastic foods and beverages! They take great care in crafting high quality menu items that are presented and served beautifully. They have a high volume of business which shows that they are knowledgable about attracting and keeping their customers. Paul French Bakery & Cafe is a tremendous asset to the upscale Tysons Galleria Mall and is an awesome place to eat a healthy, nourishing meal or a hot coffee paired with a tasty dessert or pastry!

The place is clean and the lady working behind the counter was very pleasant. But the Quiche Lorraine was too salty.

Welcome to Paul Bakery, where customers are an inconvenience for the employees. The staff demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence, unable to handle even basic tasks. Wait times were atrocious, making me question whether they even value their customers' time. Overall, it is a frustrating and regrettable visit that I won't be repeating.

It’s a great place in the heart of Tysons Galleria mall in Vienna Virginia, the staff are polite, the food is great but way too pricey.

Downgrading my 4 stars to 3 because I have to say, for a French cafe that sells decadently delicious and beautiful pastries and baked goods (which I will continue to come here for) the LATTES ARE GOD AWFUL - and how hard is it to make even just a decent, passable latte??! This was my second visit to Paul (notice how in my first review I write solely about the pastries? Now you know why.) - we ordered 2 caramel lattes and not only were they weak as all get out, you couldn't taste the caramel AT ALL. In fact, the lady who was in front of us in line also ordered a hot caramel latte. When she got her drink and took a sip, she went up to the barista saying she couldn't taste the caramel to which the barista replied "oh - you have to stir the drink - it's at the bottom." Say WHAT?! That was the most ridiculous response I've ever heard...especially from a barista! Tasteless lattes for us too. And btw stirring did not help! Goodness me. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. BOTTOM LINE: Until this place can fix how they make their hot lattes (or train or fire that barista lol...but seriously...), I'll still come to Paul for their delicious (though pricey - but worth the splurge) pastries and baked goods BUT NOT THEIR COFFEE DRINKS. Instead I'll make my way across the hallway to Ralph's Coffee (see my review) or up to the 3rd level to Shotted (see my review).

Would've given it 4 stars, but they didn't heat up any of the food and croissants. Food tasted good but the service wasn't stellar. They need to check on the light in the restaurant because they had so many burnt out light bulbs to where it was dark.
