I had written a review of Presidential 3 years ago and am updating it now. The interest rates on checking are outstanding and while the phone-based customer service is not terrific, it is adequate. Very helpful in-bank support at tysons branch. Great local bank!

Terrible service, I was there to borrow a pen and a lady told me do not touch the one on the counter, instead she gave me another one and told me to keep it and do not return to her. The other employee questioned her why this is necessary bc obviously everyone uses the pen on the counter to fill out stuff and I’m the only one who need to get a new pen. I feel offended because I’m an Asian wearing a mask and being treated like a walking virus. This is blunt racial bias to me and totally unnecessary, if you really care about customers, give everyone disposable pen to use, not just me. We need to trust each other and fight COVID together instead of using skin color to protect yourself

What a great surprise. Conveniently located throughout northern Virginia, this bank also has a great set of electronic services... online banking, online account opening, all the bells and whistles of the megabanks. But they are a community bank headquartered here. Plus, they have exceptional deposit rate. Check them out!

WE have been customers of Presidential bank for 20 years. Last week we opened a new C. D. in Reston branch and we were harassed to produce TWO I.D. Cards. The manager photocopied everything, in addition she needed to have approval from her suppervisor to open a new C.D. It took one hour to open a new C.D. We do not appreciate the unfriendly service. We will no longer open another account there. Mr. Mrs. Grant
