I went here once and will go back again soon. Their polos are superior to Polo Ralph Lauren. A mark of a good polo is the collar. They actually make polo shirts with collars that dont curl. Nice job guys! Please don't ever lower the quality.

Folks that work here are courteous, polite, and super helpful. Arlene even helped us ship a pair of clothes to the west coast. Quality of clothes is top notch. Highly recommend this store!

Rodd & Gunn is now my “go to” brand. I discovered this brand when I was working in New Zealand. At that time, they had a very small US presence, typically in Bloomingdale’s. I found this store almost as soon as it opened and I have not stopped shopping there. The customer service, especially Carlos or Mannie, is great to work with. Very friendly and engaging and helpful with selections. Black Friday and other sales are amazing. The clothes, especially the jeans and shoes/boots, are very comfy. Great place to update your wardrobe or grab gifts

Love the quality of clothes from this chain from New Zealand. Great service as well. Very clean and classic designs. Prices similar to Ralph Lauren.

This store is amazing, half of my wardrobe is Rodd and Gunn at this point and I love it! The staff is so sweet and kind always willing to help and the sales are perfect for gifts for the holidays

Never heard of this brand, but I liked what they had on display. Walked into the store on Dec 11 2022 to look at polos, jackets, and 1/4 zip sweaters. Was greeted by Carlos and he helped me out by answering my questions about the history of the brand, how it compares to other men's apparel, how the shoes compare to other brands (he mentioned he used to work at Clark's and that he now prefers Rodd & Gunn shoes).All in all, a delightful experience. I purchased 2 polos for a great price and will be shopping with brand again. The fit is great, the fabric feel is nice, and the pricing is a fantastic value.

Terrible service. Repeatedly gives one word answers. The store offers wine and they legit said “show us how much you love the store/wine by your TRANSACTIONS”… I’ll leave that for you to judge.The staff either didn’t know their products or told me the wrong info. I politely let them know it wasn’t what they told me earlier and received sass / attitude. He didn’t even say bye if you don’t buy stuff.Very unwelcoming experience, the worst in years I must say.
