“William was first and foremost very friendly,informative instructing me on how to go about getting what I needed done on the proper site.I was carefully updated step by step on what he was doing and where he was on my project.He was fast in getting the project finished.The biggest headache I had was who would I get to install the signs.When he said he do installation as well.That was the end of my headache.He made the signs as well as installed them.Out of all this the price for the job as a whole was reasonable.William was wonderful to work with.”

Later, when sending the packages during a busy period, the assistant manager, Muhammad, was tireless, polite, and professional. Without slowing his current customer, he used pauses while the customer reviewed information to assist waiting customers, even to where some were able to complete their mission with self-service features.”
“Imagine it is the Friday of a three-day weekend and you need three American flags... and then factor in that it is MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. If you think "oh, that sounds like starting Christmas shopping on December 24th", you would be correct. Our business realized we needed these and needed them ASAP. A quick call to National Capital Flag led to a nice chat with Shannon, she held three for me, and off I went. Pulled up right in front, ran in and they were ready at the counter. A nice man (Al?) answered an additional question I had, and off I went with the flags. They have everything you could possibly need, pick-up in Alexandria or they can ship it to you.”

My husband went to the FedEx at 10661 Braddock in Fairfax and he met Mark, the store manager who was extremely professional and allayed our concerns about timing. Before we had arrived, he had even printed out the documents and only waited for us to select our binding design preference. “I was driving through the area and had items that I needed to drop off at a FedEx store, so I stopped into this location. The guy working behind the counter was very helpful and friendly and they were stocked with boxes and envelops that I needed to get my shipping done. Prices were fair, as they only charged for one box.
