Discriminatory practices, don’t greet you when you walk in but follow you around the store. Other locations are okay, but Tyson location workers intentionally tryna to make you uncomfortable

Shout out to Henry for his attentive and amazing service. He assisted me as I got in the store as it wasn’t super busy and proceeded to assist me with the item I was seeking. Didn’t have the size I was looking for but still bought the item. My first time shopping here and this pleasant experience will surely make me a returning customer.

Winter shoes are poor quality. They didn't even last 10 hours of use and store manager declined to honor warranty.

Management in this place has no professionalism. The lady that is the manager in the morning clearly stated if they had the same color jacket that should would be able to do an even exchange, and once I showed her the same color jacket she denied the swap either way. When asked for her name she turned her back and started to ignore me, while mumbling her childish actions. Haven't been to the Tysons 1 orth face store in awhile and now I see why. Poor management, and respect. Better off trying to handle it with the associated than managment.

I’ve been dealing with an unresolved dispute with The North Face Tysons Corner store for nearly a year, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I originally paid with Apple Pay, which required the return package to be shipped first for the refund to be processed. David, the manager, personally took the box I brought into the store, handed me the FedEx slip, and assured me it would be shipped to their headquarters for the refund to be issued.
Months later, when I realized my refund had not been processed, I confronted David with the FedEx slip he gave me. Shockingly, he pretended not to know what I was talking about. The store manager, Saira, stood by David, dismissing my concerns. Her condescending attitude, combined with a sense of superiority, only made the situation worse.
At this point, I can only believe that someone within the store mishandled or even stole the box, which is why it never reached its destination. To make matters worse, I have since found similar reviews on Google detailing the same issue happening to other customers with The North Face company.
This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I am now pursuing legal action to recover my losses and strongly urge others to exercise caution, especially if using Apple Pay for returns at this store.

Unrespectfull and leave us on line around 45 minutes for return and they just helping one who buy as I spoke with them they said they will not be able to help and I should be wait , specially the guy on photo is really not what we expected from them

I have tried to call this store from 12 pm to 430 pm. And no answer. They can't possibly be that busy on a Thursday.

I don't know why staff getting annoyed with the customer? Why do i have to pays a lot of money to be ignored? It's a very unpleasant experience. I'm not his friend or family. You should be kind to your customers. Even when you don't feel like it, that's professionalism. How long will you keep your business if you treat your customers like this? I won't go there anymore.
