“Rosanna was amazing to work with in creating the perfect setup for my daughters wedding at Airlie, VA. We used the Pavilion and Rosanna and her team created a very warm and inviting area for guests to hangout in during by daughter wedding ceremony. We had rain but her furniture setups created a very warm and inviting space. Her Furnishing were fantastic and she is great in helping to put items together. I will upload photos as they come in from the photographer. I could not give her a higher recommendation!! She helped make my daughters wedding reception one for the record books!!!!! Simply amazing!!!!”

“First of all, Bob McCann, the owner/proprietor is legitimately the nicest, most charming, and enthusiastic person ever. He loves what he does, and he enjoys talking about and showing off his numerous projects. Check out the book in his shop that shows the kind of work that he's done. This man is living the dream - he's doing what he loves, with incredible attention to detail. He's not doing it for massive profits, but because he really, really loves his work. And though he's an amazing restorer, he is most enthusiastic about repurposing older pieces to fit your current lifestyle. Ask him about his pump organ projects - something that was basically broken down and unusable was repurposed into a desk with hidden cubbies and secret panels like something out of that National Treasure movie. Which led me to basically dream planning having one of this pump organs be redesigned into a goth themed vanity of my dreams. Never mind that I live in a studio. And I was SHOCKED at how low the starting price for a project like that was - seriously, he is undercharging for the kind of work he does. I am seriously considering getting rid of my couch and tv cabinet just to make room for his custom vanity with secret cubbies and hidden drawers and expandable table tops. But if you're not ready for that and are looking for someone to fix/restore/recane/refinish cherished family pieces or even fix up that flea market find, Mr. McCann is your guy. He's a freaking treasure and he's absolutely worth the drive out to visit for a consult (or even just a chat )”

“Gorgeous selection of antiques and well priced. The Google map directions were wrong though. Here is the correct directions: from Zulla Road, Turn onto Hickory Tree Lane, then take the first right turn through the gates and follow the driveway past the house to the shop on the right. When we have the opportunity, we always tell people to put the Middleburg Tennis Club in their GPS and we are right behind it.”

“On a list of must visit antique shops in Hunt Country my first recommendation is always Baileywyck. I've never visited the shop and not been greeted by the wonderful owner. She thoughtfully curates her shop with unique and one of a kind pieces from all over Europe (I'll never stop regretting missing out on buying an antique Paris Metro seat from the 20s!) and because her selection is so large she is always there to help you find the hidden treasure you're looking for. I find antique shops can feel out of reach or intimidating but Baileywyck has works of decorative art on display in what feels like the warmest possible setting. You can feel the love and care that goes into the store!”
