I have a PO Box in this office and the staff is fantastic. I always get my mail and packages timely and efficiently.

I ordered some items to my home. I guess the company ended up sending them USPS. Instead of the post office letting me know or just putting the packages in my box, they sent them back. Ok, I understand policy, but the lady working the counter was rude and nasty. She wouldn’t even go check if the packages were already returned. It’s always an issue at the post office lately. They have the worst customer service ever.
I called back because my tracking information sent to me said that my package was picked up by an individual (USPS website). Debbie, the rude person that was at the counter this morning answered. She kept shouting the same thing over and over again, never listening to anything I said. Never tried to help resolve the issue at all.

People are always wonderful here at the Urbanna post office! What a great place.
It does take a little extra time for outgoing mail to be sent compared to the Saluda post office, but it's no fault of the people working here.

I have lived in this town for 26 years and as of recent they are sending the mail back because it doesn't have the P.O box and the physical address. Even when they were informed that I was looking for mail. It is sad

The older lady with short grey hair and glasses is always very rude. I’ve heard from several people of a certain “color” that they’ve been treated bad by her as well. Do yourself a favor and go to the Saluda post office…

The employees of this PO are the BEST. Many of their patrons are SENIORS but we are treated with kindness and understanding.
