On February 20th, 2023, I took my car to Rogers Service Center to have my tires changed and get a sticker. Rogers Service Center employees damaged every rim on my car because the employees are unaware of how to correctly use a tire machine. The employees also damaged the tire sensors and they did replace them but one still is not working. I have taken my car back several time to Rogers Service Center and the owner refused to take pictures when I took it the first time. He said he was “too busy” even though he told me to bring it for him to look at. I made arrangements to take it again. I call to tell him I was on my way with the car and he said not to bring it because he has to leave to get a hair cut even though he told me to bring it. I finally get him to look at the car and take pictures of the damage today March 16, 2023 and he says he can’t see any damage that the tire machine has done but that the damage was done by rocks on the road. I found the damage on every rim on February 22, 2023. The car is brand new and never had tires changed on it until then. There was no damage on the rims until I took it there and the owner just gives you the run around. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The employees will damage your vehicle.

(We are from middle TN. ) We went on vacation in Grundy VA./ Haysi VA.. We were Riding Coal Canyon Trails when Our UTV Exploded a clutch on hwy 80 east just outside the town of Haysi VA. on Labor Day 2019. Roger not only came out to us, but knowing how hot it was sitting along the side of the road. Roger stopped and bought 2 ice cold waters for my wife and I.I think Roger is one in a million. So kind and thoughtful. ( not to mention we had our 16 yr. old brindle pit with us) Roger hooked up to our UTV and away we went. He was Very careful with our machine and returned us safely to our campsite.Thank you Roger's Service Center & Wrecker Service!Roger you saved our vacation.God BlessThe Gibson's
