After driving for 8hrs back home, came here to stop and do a quick pit stop. Bathrooms were terribly messy, stuff all over the seats, no toilet paper (had to use paper towels...). The cashier lady was also very rude and gave no care about the bathrooms. Even seemed like she was rude towards us in an arrogant manner. Try going to the next gas station please.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bathroom was so filthy. Everyone working there should be ashamed. Absolutely disgusting. It was evident no one has cleaned in quite a while. I went at 8:18AM and immediately left after taking one look at the restroom. We even decided to go elsewhere for gas because why give a place like that any of your money.

It appears that A LOT of people go to the 7-11 to use the bathroom…??
I’m sorry but in my 50+ years of hittin up 11’s for whatever has always been good. Thnx 7-11!!!
I typically take care of bathroom business where I live and not at a 24 hr. convenience store ?
Why are so many people in the area needing their bathroom?
Get an Icee or snack and chill. It’s a 7-11 not the Hampton Inn. Check.😄

The employees here will not give you their names and when I asked they started yelling and threatened to call the cops on me for asking there names so I could leave a formal complaint.

Don't go here unless you want to be yelled at all the way to your vehicle by employees because the cashier said he doesn't look at what he scans, so how would he know it's just ice in the CLEAR big gulp cup and I replied well isn't that kinda part of your job? I know cause I've done this job myself. For some random dude to come out of the office yelling and following me out the door telling me I'm not aloud back because I have an attitude.

By far the worst bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a gas station, and that’s saying something.
Ironically there’s a sign on the door that says how hard they work to ensure the bathrooms are clean - meanwhile there’s garbage everywhere, no soap to wash your hands, at least 2 non-functioning toilets, and horrible graffiti all over the stalls.
I was planning on buying something here after using the restroom, but after seeing the state of the bathroom it’s clear they weren’t worth the money.

To the owner. Cathy Heim’s comment was accurate. We were there as well. Unclean bathroom with feces evident and no soap. This was this past Saturday. Her comment was spot on.

I agree with Cathy Heim's recent review. I was there the same day and the bathrooms were not clean and there was no soap in the men's room.

There customer service is awful I was just in there some women I think here name is lenn married to a guy named Jimmy. Don't even know this women . I dont remember the exact date or i would make them pull the camra footage . I just come in to get a hotdog I like there food she was telling me how lazy I was that I don't work and sit in my house all day I mean she went out of her way even said hey I am talking to you .I did nothing to desever that she does know my life or what i going tru . If i would have cussed her i would be in trouble so I tried to laugh it awfull but it stuck with me I want to go get food but not harassed. She should not be allowed to work there . I am calling head office. I want this taking care .. I have bin harassed before not buy the same person .some one has do something.
