“One of the nicest 711s i’ve seen! It’s huge. It has bathrooms, that are really nice. It has great parking, easily accessible for the most part. It uses Liberty gas it looks like and has diesel. There’s a GIANT counter that has a huge like freshly baked counter with donuts, muffins, and croissants. Stopped here because of traffic, off exit 222. Much closer to the highway. Lots of treats! Has my favorite Dip&Dots and even spongebob pops.”

“Ladies bathroom needs to offer paper toilet seat covers. And there was hardly any toilet paper available in handicap stall. Otherwise, the store was clean and employee friendly. Worth stopping.”

I came up here to cancel out the last review I wrote because when I actually showed up to the store, and I understood very quickly the day he was having. He was new he was overwhelmed and well, so was I in at the time, my redhead irish blood was over boiling! we both should have handled ourselves differently however when it was over the manager paid out of her pocket so that my phone did not get turned offWe make mistakes, but this store owned it in,made it right. “In my past experiences I have generally avoided going into Verizon store locations because the staff was often unwelcoming and rude. I am so glad I decided to put that theory to the test with the Staunton location. Ian and staff were extremely helpful going above and beyond to help figure out a very complex new order & billing situation and they did it with a smile.
