“My factory radio (touchscreen), quit working. I called and spoke with Thomas about getting a new radio. He said, “if you want to keep your factory radio I can repair it”! He said it’d take about a week and what the cost would be. I’d given up hope of being able to keep my factory radio. One week later I had my radio back in my vehicle, better than new! I highly recommend Short Circuit for your audio needs. The owner is very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.”
