“When I called to see if they were open and what the cost would be, a most personable and professional young man answered (Alexander) and told me all that was included —and sent me a coupon. I had checked with some competitors and they could not match the price or service.
When I arrived another personable young man (Will) gave my passenger and me a water, guided me over the pit and explained all the services and guarantees while he entered my information
When finished Matt, the manager reviewed everything with me. They did not realize what a blessing it was to have all systems and tires checked as I had to take my passenger to Richmond airport next day Take 5 now has a loyal customer”
“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”
