The staff here are all amazing! Super understanding and deeply care about the animals. They have euthanized several rats for me, including one today named Ash. And they have also treated my dog with his super sensitive tummy a couple times. They all have always been so compassionate to both me and the animals they are treating.

Brought our pup in whose spike collar saved his life from a mastif pup we rescued Emergency vet service worked out a specialized plan for our pup. Customer service is accommodating & understanding. Wait time is exceptionally reasonable.

Phenomenal staff, they truly care about the well-being of all the animals they see and provide quality care. They also were excellent at communicating with us while our cat was in their care for a couple of days, giving periodic updates.
