Well worth the travel time! When I come from Henrico County to visit my friends, it is a must that I stop at this place. The breakfast and lunch is amazing! The biscuits are fresh and soft and buttery. The chicken taste like your grandmother made it. If you ever get the opportunity, please stop at this place you will not be disappointed.

The best chicken, the best fish. The best biscuits with a secret sauce might be honey. She wouldn't tell me. This place is fantastic. Super friendly staff great roadside chicken shack/gas station. Really fun local ambience and convenience store with super friendly staff.

I moved back to VA from North Dakota I'm 2022 and use to love to stop there and get a hotdog but every single time I have ordered something it was terrible...the hotdogs were not hot the bun was gross and their burger are also terrible I ate there maybe 4 times in less than yr and EVERY single time my food was terrible not hot not fresh nothing like it was 20 yrs ago

I've been up since 3:30 a.m. working & ?? I'm about to safely make my way to the fort, but a client mentioned this location w/some delicious ? fish and I just had to check'em out, let's just say I'm not disappointed sweet down home customer service & yummy eats.
