Today, together with a fellow Ivy college student, we went to buy some things at this store, and its employees treated us very badly. Initially they told us that nothing was free, we did not understand what they were referring to so we immediately left the store, outside of that place a man with a shirt from the store and a thick beard, yelled things at us, alluding to the fact that He didn't want to hear or see people who spoke Spanish. Without a doubt an act of racism. I will never return to that terrible place (that’s happened at the 3:20 pm)

If I could leave zero stars , I would . Awful customer service . The cashier is on the phone, doesn’t pay attention to the customers. When you try to ask a question related to the purchase , he catches an attitude and doesn’t want to help. When I asked if someone else can help me , I was told to come back on Monday and if I don’t like it , I could go to another 7-11. The time this took place was 6:30 pm on Saturday April 6. The supervisor should know who was working during this time and address the matter with them .

Very bad customer service. The guy refuse to sell me 6 individual packs of Marlboro Gold. When I asked why he said “you can buy a carton or talk to the boss” I asked where is the boss. He said “come back on Monday or goto another 7-11” WOW! dude had AirPods in his ears and was very angry that the customers are bothering him in his “me time”

What happened to customer service?! I don't expect excellent at 711 but one guy is on a phone call and another is watching a video on his phone. No interaction, no hello, not even a "would you like a receipt?"

The service is extremely bad, the worker struggles to respond to any questions. They were on their phone most of the time. I would avoid this branch, Go to a different location!

Beware. Price tags are not maintained. They feign ignorance at checkout when they try to charge you 50% more than the price tags. It was this way 7 months ago and it hasn't changed. Update your price tags.

In a busy area, and the munchies strike. At least you have this as an option. 711's seem to be the most common sight in the USA. Southland Corporation has done well with these. All of us in this area are in a hurry. It could be for a coffee, candy bar, or chips that can make the difference. As most know this is a happening area of NOVA. They have a polite staff, that do keep the lines moving. Also parking for the area isn't bad. It is clean and I appreciate the coffee is brewed regularly. Nothing is more disgusting than coffee that's been on the heater since 1989. Get in and get out, and be on your way here. I stop here fairly often, and it works sir general purposes.
