I had a blow out in front of this store. Pulled in. Walked in and asked if I could stay there while I was waiting for a tow. The kid first said, of course. Then the owner chimed in and said no you can't be in the parking lot. Made me pull out to the street. They didn't give a rats ass I was dead in the water. Rather have me on a street. Parking lot was small but nowhere near full. Our safety be dammed

My first and last time at this 7-Eleven. $1.50 for a small fountain refill. To add insult to injury, the taste is off, a bit flat maybe.(?)

As a pressure washer, I recently had the pleasure of providing my services to the 7-Eleven at 10508 Leesburg Pike in Vienna, VA. I made sure to remove all the gum, oil stains, and any unpleasant smells, leaving the area spotless and welcoming. The sidewalk and parking lot are now as clean as can be, making it one of the cleanest 7-Eleven stores in Vienna. The friendly customer service inside is just as impressive, making this location a great stop. Feel free to check it out and enjoy the fresh, clean environment!

The guy in the store charged me for donut what I didn’t ask and he charged me on my debit card $.86 the money I don’t care the problem is they sell it to you I would not say I would never stop in the store because the store is so clean but the guys who work over there that’s the worst. I change how they sell, or to be honest, or to be honest with the customer.

Store attendant Jaime was extremely rude and charged me for a bag that I did not request. He also insulted my by inspecting my ID as if it was fake even though he's seen me shoo here plenty of times. Everyone else that works here is great

The overnight guy named Jimmy very rude guy. Very disrespectful used to let us use the bathroom and he always tells us to make sure it’s clean and when I talk to respectfully that we will clean the bathroom and now for the past week he does not let us use the bathroom. I spoke to the guy earlier that shift he said that you guys do allow us to use the bathroom and I spent almost $100 here a week buying food and drink but now I don’t think it’s worth my time on my money to buy it. I might as well go to a different gas station that respects customer The overnight guy looks like he’s mad for no reason he might not have a life but we do and if he’s getting paid to work here he might as well do a job correctly. I hope the owner read this and can you please help us out because there are not that much portable potties out on the construction

Denied service and had photo taken without consent because he didn't think out of state license was real, even after scanning the ID proved that it was. Was flipped off and yelled at. It's not my fault you don't think other states exist.

This 7/11 is not 24 hours. I pulled up on a Saturday morning at 2:47, and the person there said it was closed and the doors were locked. You should change the hours and not make people waist time driving here. I am on the clock and made me drive 10 minutes here just to find out it was closed, thats not good for clients who look you up on google maps. IT IS A WAIST OF TIME FOR PEOPLE.

Very nice staff and service. Just one complaint, and it's that I have seen customers go in without a mask. Perhaps, there should be a notice for all prospect customers to wear a mask.
