Great experience working with Bouch and Mehdi at the Aston Martin dealership. I would recommend getting in touch with them for vehicle purchases at the Exclusive Automotive Group.I can be a difficult sell and very straight to the point. Bouch was very patient and remember everyone’s name that tagged along with me on separate occasions.Additionally, both Bouch and Mehdi came in on their day off (when the dealership was closed) to make sure I was able to finalize paperwork. The cherry on top was them storing my car for a few weeks while I got my garage in order.Thanks gentlemen looking forward to continuing the relationship.

"Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership at All Costs!"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Aston Martin of Washington, D.C., and I cannot emphasize enough how horrendous my encounter was. This dealership is a textbook example of how not to conduct business.First and foremost, the level of dishonesty and deception I encountered here was staggering. I was promised a Bentley not once, not twice, but three times, only to have those promises shattered repeatedly. It's clear that their word means absolutely nothing.The salesperson, Drew Logan, should take lessons in professionalism and consistency. Constantly changing the deal terms and communicating in an erratic manner left me feeling frustrated and cheated.But the worst part came when the General Sales Manager, Mehdi, congratulated my buyer on the purchase, only to pull the rug out from under us at the last minute. This level of unprofessionalism and indecisiveness is inexcusable.To make matters worse, despite wiring the full payment for the vehicle and providing all necessary documentation, they failed to follow through on the deal we had agreed upon. This is not just incompetence; it's a complete lack of integrity.Perhaps most alarming of all are the accusations of racism within this dealership. If true, this is utterly unacceptable and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.In summary, my experience with Aston Martin of Washington, D.C., was nothing short of a nightmare. Beautifully arranged dealership with a very welcoming environment with public events and displays for automotive enthusiasts. Despite that the average cost of a new vehicle here exceeds my total net worth, this is definitely a must visit place for any Aston Martin/Bentley or automotive enthusiast in the DC area.

This dealership has the best building, layout, and decor I’ve ever seen in the United States. I just love coming here to admire the cars and the place. Every now and then, there are community car shows and F1 watch parties that I come to and it’s a great time.The dream is to own a DBS with a manual transmission. If it’s ever here as a refurbished pre-owned model, I’m coming back for sure ?.

Steve Arnold is the best!!!! My 9 year old son wanted nothing else for his birthday other than to visit an Aston Martin dealer and see a real Aston Martin. I contacted the dealership and Steve could not have been more friendly. He welcomed us in, despite the somewhat bizarre request, and gave my son the best birthday gift he could ask for - a tour of the showroom! It was truly above and beyond generous.
