Jesse solved a minor yet somewhat unusual number porting issue that took several days to resolve. He was persistent, patient, and an excellent communicator as he worked to resolve the issue. He also applied a discount I was unaware I qualified for. Super impressed.

The staff inside the store were great. It’s ATT where the left hand doesn’t have a clue what the right hand is doing. 5 hours the staff stayed online with technical support and me trying to get my new iPhone operational. After 5 hours with unsuccessful results I had to leave. Then, 1 hour after I had left ATT and now at dinner, I get a call from someone identifying themselves as “Someone from the back end”. Of what I ask. ATT back end she replied. She asked if I’d give her permission to resolve my problem. Haha. NO.
