Bought a car remotely from NJ. Outstanding service by Kadie, my sales rep, and her manager. Could not have made the process any easier, including registering my vehicle in NJ and shipping it within a business day of completing the transaction. Highly recommend anyone looking at Audi to consider Tyson Corner (Virginia) if within a couple of hundred miles.

I've been to Audi of Tyson's corner 3 times and each time Mathew Ryan has been my salesman. Great guy , friendly, helpful , communicates , follows up . He definitely goes a step further to not make sure you feel welcome, but also that you are satisfied with your buying experience. I had a super smooth experience at this dealership. It’s about two hours from my home, so I was really grateful that Joseph took care of everything quickly. He wasn’t pushy at all, and even though I had a few of the same vehicles in different colors in mind, he helped me narrow it down fast.
You always hear stories about spending an entire day at a dealership just to make a purchase, but this was the complete opposite; it was quick, easy, and stress-free. Joseph was attentive to what I wanted, and it made the whole process enjoyable.
It was absolutely worth the drive. I do have a local Audi dealership near me, but the inventory here made the trip worthwhile, and I would return specifically because of the great service I received. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Patricia truly feels like a caring big sister next door. She is incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely professional and always customer-focused, she helped me compare options, explained everything clearly, and fought hard to get me the best discounts and deals.
As a student, I really appreciated how much she looked out for me. She spent a lot of time helping me with my financing approval and made sure I felt confident and supported at every step. It never felt like she was “selling”, it felt like she was taking care of me.
Buying my first car — an Audi Q5 — on Halloween was honestly one of the happiest decisions I’ve made. The whole experience was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. I’m truly grateful.
