The staff at the Avis car rental at the Tysons Mariott is the best I have rented from in my 50 plus years renting cars for business and pleasure. I would go out of my way to use them.

We came here this morning, we're supposed to return the car at 7:00 am,4 people ahead of us ,all heading g to the airport and possibly late fir our flights,The attendant show up at 8:00am claiming car trouble,Really... if we were late they would have charge us for an extra hour,As a business, you must have a plan B and C,Sorry doesn't cut it,It wouldn't have cut it for the customers. Mi d you there is also no sitting g outside.

Worst experience car rental at DCA. Was in the area, called on the phone, explained the situation and Rebecca agreed to help out.Once I arrived, she listened, smiled, and put me in another vehicle based on what she had.I truly appreciate her customer service as she saved a Preferred member.Rebecca is awesome and truly customer service oriented.

The worker was so politely and nice but they take ther rent + deposit two time that will cause some troubles in my Credit account and they not accept depit card

If i could give 0 stars i would but I can’t. Made a reservation earlier in the week and when we got there they told us the reservation got cancelled. Then the dude preceded to tell us he could give us a car for nearly double the price of the reservation that they cancelled. we left to try to find another rental car, but stumbled on their website again. we found a car for rent ON THE WEBSITE for $115 for 3 days total. (what a deal) made the reservation and walked back down to the place to find no one there. we called the guy( pretty sure on lunch break even though NOBODY WAS THERE) we gave the reservation name and continues to say that the car is not available. the only cars that were available were $80 dollars a day. RIDICULOUS. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The three awesome team members running the Avis office (two men, one lady) are doing an amazing job, I met each one of them on a separate day. For one person to handle check-ins, check-outs, adjusting billing, and making reservations, that was impressive.

If you need a rental car in the Tysons Corner area, be sure to consider the Avis location at the Marriott Leesburg Pike. Agents Rebecca and Ben will treat you like gold!!

I would rate them less than a star if i could. The worst experience ever, and i don’t recommend this rental for anyone. They have charged me extra $106 smoking fee even though I am not a smoker. The lady has not even informed me about the charging, and she just charged my credit card.

Do not come here. My mother in law reserved a car here for 2pm that she prepaid for. She got there and they said they didn’t have any cars and she would have to call Avis to get a refund. They didn’t try to get her a refund themselves, give her a discount, help her find another location, or help her book for another day. No help at all. Worst customer service. I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want to have to deal with a customer so soon before they closed. Absolutely do not waste your time here.

I strongly suggest to avoid this place guys. I booked a reservation to pickup the car at 5pm. They called be at 4:50pm and said no cars available. They should have told me well before so that I can plan accordingly. Worst response from the employee out there.Avis Confirmation Number: 36404372US4
