This Vienna location staff is not service oriented. Refused to notarize my document because I had no appointment? No customers were waiting at the time. Not good service for a long time customer!

In my opinion, overall terrible customer service at Bank of America in general. Trying to get a customer service rep on the phone is virtually impossible. There's always a prompt on the recording to use the online service. Total disservice for people who don't always want to do transactions online.

Got helped really quickly even if I showed up on a Friday 20mins before they close. I only waited 2 mins till someone came to me to ask what I need help with and they were able to solve my problem within 10mins. Great service, totally recommend.

A disaster of a bank. Everyone must have started their job on the day I came in. Even basic transactions such as changing atm number was a chore. Please avoid.

I would think Bank of America, a large corporation, would take interest in customer satisfaction. There's only one teller operating at a time. She was slow as molasses, with no apparent desire to not have a long line waiting. I would think the bank manager would get another teller working when there's a long line. Others were just sitting at their desks "appearing" with nothing to do or no customers to attend.

The town shouldn't have stopped at Marco Polo. They should tear down this eye sore of a location as well.

Horrible Customer Service! Family has been banking with them since 1991 which clearly means nothing to them! Treated like crap and dismissed ALL my issues that I was inquiring! I can't believe this is the type of service they allow and after reading all the other horrible reviews, WHY IS THIS STILL HAPPENING???
