10 plus people in line for the teller, but only one teller helping out the long line of customers while other employees are standing or sitting around not helping customers. What the heck is that??? Avoid this branch!

Apparently there’s more than one line for help, but this branch clearly doesn’t explain that which will cost you time waiting in the long lines just to find you’re in the wrong line for help! Y’all need someone to greet and direct customers to correct place for help if you’re going to have more than one line for help especially when it’s not clearly labeled. Disorganized and poorly management as the other reviews have said.

Worst experience ever!My card isn't working, and it says that office is closed when I called, went to that branch, they didn't believe me that the automated message says that the office is closed and they said this is impossible, and that they can't help.Made them listen to the message when I call the number on the back of the card, then they finally took me to one of the employees who isn't helpful at all.He told me that my card is working fine, I showed him a proof, a transaction wasn't going through, and asked him who could help? Which department? He said I don't know. Is this even an answer????Then I said so do you mean that I have to keep my money in my card and stare at them without using them?Useless employees, spent an hour there or even more and went out without solving my issue, and btw my card is still not working!

Another terrible BOA location. The ATMs need to deposit more bill types. Had to go in to retrieve cash for the bills I needed. ONE window, ONE teller, while 4 other workers were sitting behind desks/screens and unable to provide any help/solutions. Ridiculous use of payroll and waste of customers time.

If you're a student and under 25, make sure to specifically ASK for a student account.I went to this branch to help my cousin set set up a checking account. She's 18 and a student at university, which we spoke about at length during the account set up with Rose. We thought Rose was very helpful, but when we got home and read the disclosures, it turned out that there is a $1,500 (!) minimum balance to avoid a maintenance fee. This fee was never mentioned to us during the account set up, which I think is a very important detail. From some online research, it turns out that this fee can be waived for students who set up a student account. I think that a student account option should at least have been mentioned to us as a possibility when we were originally setting up my cousins' account, as we had no idea there was that option until we did our own research.

** Champions of customer service work here ** I came in the branch yesterday, aggravated and with bad attitude, due to some unforeseen challenges sending earnest money for a large purchase. Fatima and the staff/management did what they could to rectify the situation I had gotten myself into, and also educated me on my accounts, the do’s & don’ts of each, etc. Ultimately they helped me solve my problem and my day got better. This is my favorite BOA branch in the entire area

Thank you Mr Mahamadou and Mr Douglas for their excellent service. They are friendly and patient with customers. When there is a problem, they work with a focus on problem solving without putting people off. I will definitely prefer this branch when I have a job now. I have never done my banking business in such a short time.

I’ve been a Bank of America client for 30 years and this location makes me want to change banks. Horribly understaffed and unable to help anyone in a timely manner.
