I ordered an Xbox here for more money than I could’ve gotten it elsewhere due to it saying I could pick it up the same day as I ordered it online. After I purchased it I got a confirmation saying that it would be ready in a week. After seeing this, I went to Best Buy support in their app, and talked to numerous different online “agents” in the following days, and was guaranteed that it would arrive and be available for pickup minimally two days before the date I was given. A few days later I enquired about when it would be ready given that it should be there at that point or in the coming day and then i was told it won’t be there until a later date. I was blatantly lied to by Best Buy and their employees, and on top of it all I was only ever told sorry for the inconvenience, even thought I was never really helped and my situation never improved. The absolute worst shopping experience of my entire life. Best Buy should be extremely embarrassed and do not deserve the business of anyone let alone the amount of people they provide service too. What a joke of an organization.

I was misled going here and lost 45 minutes driving. They basically sell washing machines dryers and refrigerators at a discount nothing else.

Given this Best Buy several chances, always have a terrible experience. Employees are scarce and those present do not want to help and actively hide from customers. Tried to price match and the employee verified everything was correct but the manager wouldn’t allow it and couldn’t provide a reason why just saying “we don’t price match.” Have never had this issue before with other purchases. Avoid this Best Buy and go somewhere else.

They sold me product is "good condition" it wasn't and then I returned it and next day they put is as "excellent condition" miss leading customer and tell me that we label it wrong not it won't refund me telling me the order is open we can't refund you try your luck somewhere else Mike the manager wasn't helpful at all hope this helps others

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Once again Best Buy fails on so many levels.
First, let’s start with them not having anything on their shelves because they are slowly dying. Why have a storefront if I have to order the products online?
I came to return an item that I had purchased 3 weeks ago. They said “sorry, this is non returnable because it’s been more than 15 days”. We asked to speak to the manager.
The manager looked through my bf’s account and basically told us that he didn’t shop enough or spent enough money at Best Buy to be able to return a product that never worked in the first place. He excused himself behind their weak return policy of 15 days.
“I’m sorry, if you were a Plus member you would get 60 day return window and ai could return the item but since you’re not, there’s nothing I can do for you. you can sign up today for $59.99”
I’ve never heard of having to pay more money to exercise your right of returning your as a paying customer?!
Do yourself a huge favor, listen to the reviews and don’t shop here. Whatever it is, I can guarantee you that Amazon has a better deal and if not, at the very least they’ll have a better return policy.
Because of this, I bought the rest of my gear online. Better quality products and hassle free returns.
Thanks Best Buy for steering me in the right direction!

Rude woman at front door telling people 'you're good' after cross-examining them about what they're placing in the recycle bins. 7/7/2024. About Noon.
Also standing there was a stand-offish COUNTY OF FAIRFAX officer.
But aside from that, thankful Best Buy provides recycling. Man at customer-service was helpful. Good selection of monitors.

It's entertaining to watch Best Buy turn into circuit city. Being a former employee and knowing the values this company used to have, when they eventually go out of business they won't have anyone to blame but their own poor decision making

I really want to like Best Buy and I’m just so disappointed that in my last two trips there I have been sold the wrong product and have then had to go to a lot of difficulty to return technology that is large and bulky. Apparently they can no longer retain sales people who know the products.

Manager attempted to strong-arm me into signing up for a credit card or best buy membership in exchange for processing my return. Sales people are lacking training and knowledge about the products they are selling. If making a larger purchase, consider going with another company.

Went to customer service return a piece of junk. The female employee there was chewing gum when talk to me and acting very arrogant without respect at all... I was not happy about the product in my hand initially that's why I went to customer service to return this junk then I received this kinda service... Poor best buy, I will not buy your products anymore.

Wow. I had heard how most Best Buys only had a few sales people for the entire store lately but hadn't encountered it until this week. I walked in entirely ready to purchase a laptop. I knew the model I wanted, just wanted to go in store to test it out a bit. It was a model only available for sale at Best Buy, and they had it in stock. BUT, I was not prepared for there to be maybe four whole employees for the entirety of the store! After waiting nearly an hour to speak with a sales associate, I eventually weighed my options and, after looking at some of the physical things at the store, decided a tablet with a keyboard would suit my immediate needs better. So I left and bought online direct from the manufacturer. I remember the "good old days" of Best Buy but unfortunately they're currently only a warehouse where you can touch stuff before you go buy it online.
