This place is a sh*t show. The in-home stereo at my job finally quit, so per my coworker's suggestion, I went here to inquire about getting a new one. First, I had to wait a strangely long amount of time until someone was able to talk with me & when they did, they had almost no knowledge of my situation. Regardless, they set me up with a consultation & the Geek Squad member named Michael that came to my job told me that he would let me know in a week what my options were. Y'all...this man ghosted me! I kept trying to reach out to him via various ways, but after five weeks went by & all I had received was one "Out of Office" response, I decided I needed to reach out to Best Buy again. Coincidentally, the worker who helped me in person never provided me with an order number for my consultation, so they next person I talked to wasn't able to look it up. Nevertheless, they set me up with another consultation & this new Geek Squad employee even told me that the Tysons location has been receiving horrible feeback re their customer service. Tysons Best Buy -- please organize yourselves & get it together because we have lives & can't be trekking to Sterling, etc, because y'all don't know how to teach men customer service.

Wanted to buy a computer here today, but it seems they only had one person to help customers shopping and he was picking whoever he wanted to serve, instead of by the order of the customers arrived.

I like Best Buy stores, no matter where the store is. I feel better when I can see the product physically, old school method.To me, it's very difficult to choose something like a TV, phone, or laptop just online. So, hopefully, Best Buy will stay at its business, and not make it web-based only.Usually, the staffs are nice and helpful, customer service is good, and you may find something that you are looking for in their well-organized stores.The negative point is their price match program. Very limited choices they accept.

Been going here for years, great displays and demos to try products. Customer service is barren though, need to walk around the store for a few minutes before I can find someone to help me.

Went there to pick up a order. Fast service at counter. My complaint is so many displayed products that do not have the price signs correct and many missing. Many misstocked items. Saw team members and the store was dead. Pay more attention to your products and price displays
