Beth and Tim run a first rate shop. I've had my Tern GSD (electric cargo bike) serviced here several times and have always had an amazing experience. Beth is incredibly knowledgeable about many different bikes, has owned a GSD herself, and is meticulous with cleaning, tuning, and replacing parts to keep things running smoothly. The prices are always reasonable and the entire team is a pleasure to work with.

Very professional and respectful staff. They fixed my bike and I even had a follow up with them they were very helpful and didn’t charge me for the follow up. I definitely recommend it!

I came here years ago, but never made a proper review like I should. I can't recall exactly who it was that helped me, but I'd assume it was the owner or manager as they were the only person there.
After bringing my bike with something bent and a busted chain over to Spokes (now Trek), I was told that I would have to leave the bike overnight and pay the labor fees, which would total over $50 on its own. A bit skeptical, I decided to try my luck just down the street at this bike shop. To my surprise, the man there grabbed a chain, popped it on and got everything back in place, and charged me a total of $12, parts and all, in and out in five minutes. I haven't stopped recommending them since and will continue to do all of my biking business there. Thank you, as always, for the great service.

It's great to find a shop specializing in folding bikes, recumbents, and trikes with a staff that loves what they do. Tim and his dedicated team really know their craft and know their bikes. The shop is very conveniently located next to the W&OD trail, adjacent to great eats and coffee. This shop is my resource for all things cycling.

The best local bike shop!!! It's very small with limited parking spaces but it definitely should be your go to bike shop for any services. The staff are super nice and patient to explain everything. They not only didn't up sell me anything but also told me they did the check and everything is fine so they didn't charge me for the adjustment service.

Great bike shop in Vienna. Took two bikes in for repair (one was hit by car)...staff was very friendly; bikes were repaired on time and under their estimate. My new "go to" bike shop.
