We've taken multiple vehicles here over the years. The service is always timely and well done. The staff communicates clearly and frequently. Prices are comparable to the area. We've had no issues and will continue to have our vehicles serviced here.

I just found them highly rated on checkbook.org, which is kind of like Consumer Reports or Angie’s List for the Washington DC area. So I booked an appointment. I did have to book a week in advance, but that’s never a bad sign. Everyone at the shop was very knowledgeable, polite, and were actively listening as I described the issues I described with my Mazda. They have a smaller air conditioned office with several chairs for customers and wifi. They are also right next door to Wooden Bakery, and a short walk to Caboose Brewing, Whole Foods, many other eateries. It is on a side street but is easily accessible via a nearby bus stop and the popular W&OD trail. They have 100% won my business for all major repairs as long as I live in Fairfax!

Finding a mechanic you can trust is difficult. You can absolutely trust Brian and his team.
They do great work at great prices and will do anything they can to squeeze you in and get your work done. They’re simply isn’t a place close to them. That’s as good especially for items like tires or mechanical work.

Have gone here intermittently for years. Thank you to Frank and Brian for great service and price. Really appreciate the honesty of this business. Glad to see you are carrying on what Billy Webber introduced me to more than 10 years ago. Keep it up !

Set up an appointment with them and when I got there they acted like it was at a different time then what was agreed. Then they accused me of stealing keys from them. Never going here again.

I recently was referred to BWT Tire & Auto Repair to fix some issues with a belt I was having with my Toyota 4Runner. I gave them my car in the morning around 9 am, and by midday they'd responded with reasonable prices and info on what fixes they'd need to make. By 5 pm that day they'd replaced the necessary belts and my car was good to go. I went on two 5 hour drives in the next week, and I had no issues with the car and the belts the entire drive! Big thanks to them for helping me out since I was on a time crunch, will surely be going back to them for additional repairs in the future.

I take all of my vehicles here for tire replacements or repairs and always receive top notch service. Customer service is great and the prices are fair. What more can you ask for? Employees are friendly and accommodating. I will continue to come here for any tire service and have recommended them to anyone with tire issues.

I've been getting my tires done here for several years. The price has been competitive, and they give free tire rotations if you get your tires there. There's a certain big name shop close by, but the service is weak and untrustworthy.
